They accommodated me very quickly before closing and they were polite and friendly but it wasn't the most comfortable atmosphere And it felt rushed. despite me scarfing down the food because I had been on the road all day and it was my only meal of the day, the food was for shit

Nick did a phenomenal job accommodating my large and complicated order, requiring the kitchen crew to make a few items fresh to order. I wanted to try items from the lunch menu since they weren’t available on the dinner menu. They rang up as $13.79 per item instead of $8.99 per item shown on the menu. When I informed Nick about the price discrepancy, he resolved the matter very quickly and gave me a new receipt with the correct prices listed. The service Nick provided was exceptional, so I will definitely return to this location in the future based on that.

Got outta work tonight made to my favorite steak spot!!! 9:38pm I ask the bartender (blond lady) if it was too late to order a quick tbone steak to go.....she without heaitation said yes it is too late. I looked at my wrist at a watch i was not wearing...i left immediately and ran to the Texas Steak House by 945pm....ran in to the first person whom was Jake....i mentioned not a word about just leaving long horn denied...jake told me with a smile AND a laugh that it was NEVER too late to order a steak....blew me away...lol He wouldnt accept a tip simply because i think he couldnt . To thank them all i explained how longhorn just shot me down and how incredible it was to receive the kind of service i expected at long horn...by 10:01 we were all smiling and i was already in my vehicle heading home. Texas Road House next time I guess
Ordered 3 take out meals. Two were 9 piece chicken tender meals. Bother were very overcooked. Very disappointed.

The hostess at the door will stare at you and wait for you to do the greeting for her. I’ve never been to any restaurant where a hostess just stands there and won’t say a word and then looks annoyed because after our staring contest she finally realized she needs to greet the customer and seat us.
