My fiancé gave birth to our daughter a couple days ago and we just got home from the hospital. All she wanted was a sandwich, not only did they completely mess it up but they refused to make it again and then refused a refund. I do not recommend this subway, cut your losses and go to a different one that actually follows the subway business policies where the staff are not rude. This has contributed a lot of stress for us in a time when we really didn’t need it. I live 10 mins away but will now gladly drive 40 to go to a different subway.

I got delivery and they messed up my order and refused to give me a refund, even told doordash that they weren’t gonna help handle it even though I paid through their app. 5 days postpartum and all I wanted was a sandwhich.

For the love of GOD CHANGE YOUR GLOVES AFTER TOUCHING NON FOOD ITEMS and after making a sub. My skin crawls watching the women make subs here, they seem to not know food safety. The male who works here is the only one I ever would order from. Do better people. I shouldn’t be tasting onions when my sub doesn’t have it. So gross

I ordered a foot long sub online, the outlaw steak, pick up was for 4:35pm , the employee wasn't in the shop when I arrived, I waited 10 minutes for the employee, and when I received my sub, it was ICE COLD, I REQUESTED A FRESH SANDWICH, TO WHICH I WAS DENIED. THE EMPLOYEE HAD AN I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE. I WILL NEVER EAT AT SUBWAYS AGAIN

The guy took like 15 minutes to even serve me didn’t even say hi just said are u picking up a online he’s like I’ll be right with you then proceeds to take longer and I’ve been waiting for a few already just gave up cause he still doing one online when you do a online you can also do a customers order as well between the order like not gonna wait 30 minutes for my order just to be taken not even made

8:26pm 5/22/2025. the employee on shift spent 20 minutes talking to a girl while our online order was waiting to be made (I was late to work because of this). this gentleman then took 10 more minutes to make our sandwiches, after screwing one up and having to remake it. we had to get our own bags of chips and were not given our items in bags with napkins even though it was a to go order. this was an incredible inconvenience. the employee did not have a name tag but hopefully with the date and time given and there only being one employee working this can be dealt with. will not be returning to this location.

EDIT: 8:44PM. sandwich was still incorrect and uncut, had employee make it incorrectly yet again. this is pathetic, will be following up with management on 5/23/25.

The price has gotten out of control, nearly 20 dollars for a foot long with fountain drink and a small bag of chips! Hard to believe we went from 5 dollar foot longs to 12 dollar foot longs!

$4.97 for a Fountain drink. That’s crazy pricing. No flowers no candy no nothing. Used to be five dollars for a sandwich now it’s five dollars for a fountain drink. I won’t be back that’s a total rip off..

Went in to order a Mexicali sub. I asked if I could have it on a wrap. We had a coupon for two foot longs. Found out not allowed to use it on Mexicali. So we got it any ways paid reg price. My husband got a cold cut sub. The ladies on the counter had bad attitudes because we wanted to use your coupons. We did not know nor did it say you couldn't use them on certain subs. They did not point out the sign that was on the wall. We didn't see it as people were in front of it. We never raised our voices or was disrespectful. One server said if you want to contact a lawyer go ahead. We said that's not what we want. We just wanted a little respect and some courtesy. It was the most horrible experience ever. We always go there but not any more. My Mexicali was so full of quarcamoli that everything was full of slime do bad I couldn't hold it to eat. I had to throw it away. I have pictures of it.

Absolutely disgusting!Stale Hard bread, too much liquid in the tuna, so mushy the whole thing fell apart! Just didn't care to spread the tuna through the bread so it was a mess! A deconstructed salad with croutons is what I had.

Dine in, take out and online orders available. WiFi available through Walmart. Large sub and wrap selection. Non alcoholic beverages available. Good service. This Subway has problems with coupons, but, the young lady behind the counter figured out a way to make it work.I ordered a meatball with veggies and cheese on multigrain. I was so hungry, it hit the spot!I recommend this Subway. Located next to Walmart customer service.
