Not the usual stellar visit.
So-so tonight with a staff that was clearly not engaged with her duties.
Food was okay, but nothing to rave about.
With as much as everything costs, this shouldn't be the case and I'm tired of the false narrative for reviews.
I'd honestly say skip it and go throw a steak on the grille yourself.
2.5 out of 5....
Me and my husband are life long fans we absolutely love Texas road house. Y'all are the goat!
We love coming to Texas road house on date night. Service is always fantastic đ
Madeline was a delight! Thanks for a great lunch
Waited in the restaurant 45 min for two salads. Restaurant was not busy. This place use to be my favorite stop after shopping. NEVER AGAIN!
YUM YUM EATING UP.
Their warm rolls with cinnamon butter are insane. Be careful you might gain 30 lbs from tasting these bad boys! Their ribeye is great and they always cook it to my liking! (medium rare) such a fun place to be on the weekends!
To Go service was good. Ordered a Ribeye and it was fatty and tough as nails. Very surprised and disappointed to say the least. $30 wasted.
Got out of work tonight went to my favorite steak place (long horn) 9:38pm. Blond lady bartender tells me its too late to order a QUICK STEAK TOGO.....I left immediately and made it over to Texas roadhouse by 945pm....i mentioned nothing about just leaving longhorn but asked if was too late.....first person i run into is a guy named Jake whom told me with a smile and a laugh it was NEVER too late to order a steak....i asked them to mark off a tbone and throw it in a box with some fries...Jake wouldnt accept a tip....simply because i think he couldnt and i was in my vehicle by 10:01....unbelievable... Thanks to Texas RH im home enjoying a fantastic rate tbone and completing my day the way i needed...the tbone is the greatest and im sincerely grateful. Still thinking about all the faces peering out of the kitchen at longhorn begging me not to place an order......shame
Food is good and theyâre on time with take out but multiple times now theyâve over cooked my filet which is a bummer.
We were greeted promptly with kindness. Our orders taken quickly, food came all together.. Chips Steak was cooked perfect, my salmon was delicious. The rolls and salad were very fresh.. Our service was tremendous . Our server got a 20$ tip.. Will definitely go again..
Ok I'm a bit of a stake snob so I will say the food here was OK...Good not Great... I bought the 20 oz bone in Ribeye.. Stake was cooked as I asked and seasoned pretty well... Stake quality is sub par but the meal a service was pretty good... I prefer make Stake at home with better quality meat.. Price is fair for what you get...

I will never willingly return to a Texas Roadhouse.
As someone with a dairy allergy, dining out can already be a challenge, and unfortunately, Texas Roadhouse made it even more difficult. Their menu is heavily butter-based, which limits options, but I decided to order the BBQ chicken after notifying the server of my allergy. He said he needed to check if the cooktop could be cleaned of dairy and whether the BBQ sauce was safe. Fair enoughâbut then he disappeared for 10 minutes before returning with an update.
When the food finally arrived, there was no allergy indicator on the plateâno toothpick, flag, or verbal confirmation. Most chains at least mark allergy-safe dishes. It was clear my chicken had been prepared early to avoid cross-contamination, because by the time it hit the table, it was stone cold. I had already cut into it before realizing, so sending it back didnât feel like a good option, especially since I was worried it would be dry if reheated. I ended up just eating the fries, which, thankfully, were good.
Alsoâwhat happened to the iconic peanuts? I remember the floor used to be covered in shells, and now they hand you a pre-packaged bag like youâre at a school lunch. Iâm guessing itâs a cleanliness or allergy policy change, but it definitely takes away from what used to be a signature part of the experience.
I understand that Texas Roadhouse has its fans, but if you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, Iâd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The experience felt careless and unaccommodating.
i went there last night with a friend and had the most sweetest waitress!! she was truly the best and made our night even better!! the food was amazing as always!! definitely going againâ¤ď¸
I don't eat out much. Probably because I'm a decent cook and in comparison restaurants aren't worth the money they require. So when I go out I want the whole package atmosphere food prices service, etc it's not that there's anything wrong with Texas roadhouse, but it's loud, the food is nothing special, and the service seems automated / scripted.
We have been coming to this location for well over a decade. It used to be amazing every time. The louder music, the line dancing and food cooked perfectly. If I were to think about the last 10 times weâve been there, probably once did we not have to send our food back. Well done means no pink. Yet the steak tips are without fail, medium every time. Tonight we had to send the steak back because not only was it undercooked for what we requested, it was loaded with peppers, onions and gravy when the slip itself said completely plain with no toppings. The corn had also been touched by green peppers and the whole dish tasted like that. While we waited for that to be fixed, (which came back so tough it could barely be chewed), I cut my âwell doneâ burger in half. It was so pink that I wasnât even sure the inside even got cooked. There was never an apology from the server or manager, Ashlyn. Ashlyn looked annoyed with us when we showed her the burger. The server was ready to give us our bill and asked if we needed anything else. I mentioned I was still waiting for my meal. He told me âno problemâ. We waited so long for the new burger that we ended up paying for the steak dinner and sodas and left before the burger arrived. So if i were to make a suggestion, i would suggest that the cooks pay more attention to the slips, the servers double check the slip before delivering the food and the manager shows a little more concern for the customer. We continued coming back these last 10 or so times in hopes it would be how we remembered it back in the day but we continue to be disappointed almost every single time.
