Love this place but what's breakfast without orange juice. Please bring the orange juice back. Need my vitamin c with my breakfast of champions.
Burger wasn’t that good. Would have been ok with that until they charged me for the mayonnaise as a condiment. They told me I can get a side of fruit that comes with the burger but ended up charging $4 for it. Will never go back to any of their restaurants. Poor business decisions
Great service, super delicious food. We popped on around 12:30 on Father’s Day, got sited right away and was treated to an absolute great experience and meal. Thanks to the staff for their attention to detail and overall great experience. Gotta have to check the Exeter location next!!!
Waited and hour and a half for two breakfast sandwiches. Paid $25 for said sandwiches which were cold.
really lazy staff
very slow bad service
food is decent
always try to order as takeout but the kids who work there dont pick up the phone
My go to for breakfast. Hands down the best breakfast around with the best staff ever
My favorite breakfast spot, and they also have really, really good burgers and bar drinks. Service is always great as well.
Despite it being somewhat cramped due to it's popularity, there almost always seems to be a wait.
I'd love to see them find a bigger space.
Another amazing brunch at the big bean (Newmarket)! We weren’t planning on getting food anywhere today but when we drove by the big bean we just had to stop!! I’ve been coming for years and am always impressed! I loved the Spock and the assortment of iced tea flavors!
We’ve been looking for a breakfast spot for some time. We are so glad we found this place. The breakfast food is some of the best I’ve ever had. If you’re ever in the area, be sure to give it a try.

Worst waitperson (was an older woman) I have ever had. Rude, condescending, loud. Have been coming here since it opened. Liked it, was always pleasant. I've had this new waitperson a few times. Won't be back. Also, can't eat the home fries, way too much pepper.

I love this restaurant. One problem. NO BAKED BEANS!! It’s literally in the name “the big bean” but you don’t have any baked beans. It’s disappointing because your food and dishes are so good and you could make a great baked bean dish.
Kind staff and delicious breakfast. Everything on the menu sounded excellent, can't wait to try something else

Been eating here for years. The food is very good. Sadly yesterday we had an awful experience. We were upsold on several items without being told they were an additional cost (whip cream on a singular pancake was $2.75 extra. We ordered a build your own omelette. There were no prices listed for all of the extras. The omelette itself came out to 30$! When we spoke to the server about it she went to the manager/owner of the big bean and I saw her roll her eyes and say “what do they expect to pay”. Within a few minutes, the owner came up to our table and said the same thing. We kindly told her that we found it unusual for a price like that to not be listed on the menu. She was extremely combative and actually really insulting. SOOO rude. Such a bummer because the food is great, but the owner is very rude and so was the staff. She tried to do absolutely nothing to make her customers feel better, which is customer service 101.

Just your average run of the mill breakfast place. It will fill you up but nothing to write home about. I don't think there are many other options in town so you have to love it apparently.
