Probably my favorite restaurant of all time. Food is soo delicious and authentic, great prices, staff is very pleasant and overall atmosphere is very cozy. I would highly recommend a visit to La Catrina if you’re in Newmarket or surrounding areas.
I have been here several times for lunch. The place is quiet and cozy, best for a small group. They make their food fresh and to order -- delicious and not as salty as one often gets with Mexican food. Welcoming family-owned atmosphere and reasonable prices. Definitely my go-to place when I can get to Newmarket.
I haven't even finished my food yet, this place is amazing. It's my go to from now on, definitely worth the 40 min drive. Bartender was really friendly too! Lots of flavor in the food ??
