It’s a nice dunkin. Stopped in and they’re so busy but service is great only problem is my drink wasn’t filled all the way up but that’s no problem 10/10

I’m here for the summer and came In here twice this is by far the slowest Dunkin doughnuts ever. It’s very apparent that the staff does not care about the guest. This morning all I wanted was a large black ice coffee. It took 15 minutes for the cashier to take the order of the guest in front of me. Then she walked off left me standing at the counter. After about 5 more minutes I left ! I would have been late for my meeting. I will not be returning to this location. Honestly I do not expect a lot from Dunkin doughnuts but 20 minutes for an ice coffee. NO ! Especially when there was only one person in front of me ! My first interaction there it was again 15 minutes just to order munchkins

Coffee is always made wrong, 90% of the time. If I don't look into the bags, then I wouldn't get half of what I ordered. This is almost every single visit to this location.

Horrible customer service. Employee gave attitude so I gave it back. Apparently Virginia can't handle getting it back. Don't dish out what you can't handle then play victim! And she's the store manager! She was trying to handle a situation but she couldn't even keep her story straight. Seriously time to find a new store manager. Definitely will never buy coffee from them again. Newport dunks is the worst dunkins I've ever been too! This is not the first problem I've had with them.

I've never taken the time to write a review before, but this place is bad enough for an exception. The donuts are fine, but every time I order a drink here there's always something off about it. Hot coffee or lattes are typically lukewarm at best and refreshers always taste off compared every other DD. This would be forgivable (to a point) but the wait staff with a couple exceptions are either outright rude or just don't seem to give a shit. I think the only reason they're as busy as they are is because they're the only half decent coffee option in this little town.
