I've never taken the time to write a review before, but this place is bad enough for an exception. The donuts are fine, but every time I order a drink here there's always something off about it. Hot coffee or lattes are typically lukewarm at best and refreshers always taste off compared every other DD. This would be forgivable (to a point) but the wait staff with a couple exceptions are either outright rude or just don't seem to give a shit. I think the only reason they're as busy as they are is because they're the only half decent coffee option in this little town.

The Newport, NH Dunkin’ Donuts is awful! Every single time I’ve been there they have never made my coffee right- and it is gross! There is only a couple staff members that are kind and know what they are doing- otherwise you can expect your order to be disgusting, to the point you won’t even eat or drink it. They are always very rude as well- no customer service skills at all!

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs here so definitely wheel chair accessible.
