Frequently closes early while the app still lets you place orders that they have no intention of fulfilling. This results in wasting half a lunch break driving there just to find out that you’re out of luck.

How can this McDonald's be out of Burritos by 8:00 am all the time drive to Claremont and up they have them.It can't be that hard to order enough !

I seriously hate this McDonald’s.. the staff sucks, only meet one that is nice there… food is cold half the time when you get it… when you go up to the counter you have to wait there and look at the employees, locks eyes with at least 4 of them, saying excuse me to be ignored and they all ignore you.. finally someone does come up and they give you an attitude.. the only reason I still go there which is be coming fewer and far between, is because there the only option around and they know it and don’t care.. it’s very very rare that they don’t screw up what you order.. something is always wrong with your order.. over 1 year period.. corporate really needs to come to this store and retain them.. in a way I seriously hope the close so another better chain can replace it… or start from scratch..

Went in a few times as we were camping up this way and the lady in the morning was amazing and super friendly. Fast and accurate service very happy with our 3 visits.

Always remain patient as you wait 20 plus minutes in drive thru..today tried to go into lobby to get only a diet coke...as line was wrapped around building.refused to sell one saying lobby is closed so what is foot traffic suppose to do as they ate not allowed to go thru drive up....as we know newport has a lot of foot traffic

SLOW is an understatement with this, but ranks at the bottom of the 3 local ones between Newport and Springfield VT. Chicken wraps were cold, they have given wrong drinks numerous times. The GM of these 3 establishments should be ashamed.

Ordered via the app, waited in the drive through to pick it up for 10 minutes. They kept saying “be right” with you. Finally, they asked for my order. Said they were short staffed. Waited some more just to pick it up. I'll avoid this location in the future. Fries, cold!
