This place ignores the customization on my burger literally EVERY SINGLE TIME i place an order there, have asked for no pickles a multitude of times because i cannot eat them and have been consistently given pickles on my burger anyways. :(
Have never had this issue anywhere else besides this location, quite disappointed

I placed a mobile order asking for no onions. Specifically Get to the drive through the guys. Throwing paper at other employees joking around. And this is what I get tons of onions on my burger. Even though it was a mobile order and it said no onions. I just don't understand how you mess up. A mobile order.its right there saying no onions Maybe instead of playing around, do your job.im not eating at this one ever again waste of my money 😑

I've been to different McDonald's up and down the east coast, and this is the WORST one I've ever been to. Food quality is terrible, they only half fill the fries, and their attitudes are suck. Do better.

With limited fast food choices in the area, I end up at McDonald's once or twice a month. Food quality has never been great, and lately everything seems smaller, dryer, and more bland than ever. Facilities are clean, menu is easy to understand, and staff are on the ball and more professional compared to BK stores in this area.
Slow service the last day we went. Food was great.

Food is terrible for you and gives me a terrible experience the following day, however, when you want comfort food, want to eat your feelings, doing it with hot salty french fries 🍟 and a greasy cheeseburger that's kind of texturaly like a smash burger, but....not as good.
