With limited fast food choices in the area, I end up at McDonald's once or twice a month. Food quality has never been great, and lately everything seems smaller, dryer, and more bland than ever. Facilities are clean, menu is easy to understand, and staff are on the ball and more professional compared to BK stores in this area.
Food is terrible for you and gives me a terrible experience the following day, however, when you want comfort food, want to eat your feelings, doing it with hot salty french fries 🍟 and a greasy cheeseburger that's kind of texturaly like a smash burger, but....not as good.

It's McDonald's. Pretty self-explanatory but this particular one seems as if they intentionally mess up your food every time. I once got a raw mcnugget that was 2 pieces of chicken stuck together then breaded. This was understandable but my issue came when I brought it back into the store to let the cooks know they need to keep an eye out for things like this. The three employees at the counter simply looked at me like I had 2 heads when I notified them of the problem....
