Crazy how this place has such poor workers even got this one girl smells like she dont even no what soup is vary vary rude and disrespectful just stop coming here

I am a very regular customer of subway at Jiffymart, Newport, NH, so much so the staff recognizes me on sight, i rarely have to tell them my name. They will grab my order for me without me saying a word. I order at least once a week. I have had my shares of issues, but the staff is always willing to do what is necessary to make it right and I am appreciative and thankful for that.

All issues I have had over the years is either, issues when I order on the app (not in person to supervise) or in doordash delivery. I had subs made wrong to completely wrong sub to missing items. Subway is always willing to make it right. Subway has done remakes for me to giving me a refund. I used to tip on the app as a way to encourage them to make it right the first time when im not in person to supervise. I have had too many issues that I no longer tip on the app. Sometimes the issues are caused by incompetent staff, they do hire once in a while a really dumb people, I have experienced some of them. Most of the staff are wonderful.

My overall experiences at Newport Subway are good to excellent, I give 4 out of 5 stars. I have never had a 1 star experience and i have only had a 2 star experience only one time, due to a dumb associate that no longer works there, she made me the wrong sub when i specify it when i order, had to have them remake it. I do wish corporate Subway would update the app to show updated inventory of cookies. More often then not when I order cookies on the app, the store is out. I would also like to be able to file a claim for a refund on the app as well, I was told you can get a refund from the app and I can't find it, but the store is awesome in making things right.

I will continue to be a regular customer.

I ordered the Footlong Nachos. I thought that I would be able to choose my veggies like any other sandwich. I was told after she melted the cheese and was half way done that I could only have the veggies described. Tomato, onions, an Jalapeños. That's it! So as unhappy as I was I got it anyways. This was what I got. A couple tomatoes and a couple onions. Bullshit!!! I don't blame the employee, but I do blame the store itself. Never eating here again, an yes, I'm telling everybody how cheap this Subway is.

Be sure to place a mobile order. If a mobile order comes through at the same time that you walk up to the counter, they will prioritize the mobile order and make you wait.
One employee working, one customer at the counter. I stood at the counter for four or five minutes waiting to have my order taken, but gave up.

When I have gone in a few times I have always been taken care of by a woman named Carol. I would assume she is the manager as she is always there. She greeted me asked how my day was and took my order. The customer service by her was excellent!!

Every single time I order online they get my order wrong. I ask for pepper jack cheese on all my orders and every single time they give me nasty American cheese.

This evening, after a long day of helping friends move. I came in very quickly and Gabby was amazing. She understood my need to be served quickly and correctly and get on my way!!Well done. I asked her name as I left, specifically so that I could review. I hope her management team takes notice of an employee who was clean and professionally dressed and serves your customers well.

Walked in and started my order and was welcomed and greeted very respectfully by a gentleman named David and kept a personal yet still professional conversation the whole time while my sandwich was being made, he definitely brightened my day with the conversation, and made me feel very comfortable compared to ordering at other restaurants and locations. I appreciate workers like David alot!

Wheelchair accessibility: Store doors are big enough for wheel chairs ans the store is as well a little cramped but nothing we can do about the lay out of the store
