Chris’ place is like no other. Chris is extremely personable and is likely to remember you just after a couple visits. I’m a frequent flyer over there and I gotta say I’ve never met a pizza place owner like Chris. The food is great and the people are better 5/5 for me it’s a staple in Newton for sure.

Giving this place a second chance. I tried it on a friend’s recommendation 5 years ago and ordered a large steak bomb sub no onions add mayo and mushrooms. When I got home it was a sub filled with sautéed onions nothing else. I’m assuming this was a disgruntled employee’s sick joke but at 14 dollars a sub I didn’t find it amusing. I checked my sub upon leaving today and it looked correct. I will update this review after I try it. I know that the owner Chris was present this visit so I’m hopeful it will be good. Lots of flies in the entrance area.

As a pizza connoisseur I’ve longed to find that perfect pizza. That soulmate pizza place. That feeling you can’t wait to eat it the next day. We’ll i found it! Perfectly cooked with the right amount of crisp to the perfectly balanced flavors. Well done you guys make a life changing pizza.

I've been going to Chris's for over 20 years I've never been disappointed I was there tonight Florida steak and cheese sub extra cheese and mayo and when I get home it was dry no extra cheese no mayo I don't know what's going on I don't hold this against Chris I think he's got a bad cook going in there it's not going to stop me if you're going back and I want to reiterate this is the first time I've ever had a problem going there but I had a really bad day and I really need a good sub and I was very disappointed
