We came at 8:10 pm cause we are staying in the hotel next door. Restaurant seems to be really nice from the exterior. We had to wait 20 minutes to have someone to help us and give us a table. The waitress saw us calling someone and approaches to tell us they dont take tables after 8.30 even though we arrived before that. Horrible costumer service.

Not the best experience. We had a reservation, the restaurant was maybe @20%. Host had to check on table. As we waited another worker rudely explained that no seating unless a reservation. They were almost mad when we stated we did have a res and just been waiting. The area where they seated us was beyond FREEZING and continued to get colder as we sat for over an hour. Our waiter as he greeted us instantly told us that the kitchen is slow. No reason why, just took our drink order and
Said “well the kitchen is slow so you know”. Drinks took about 15 min to arrive, simple
Waters etc. we wanted to put in apps and they suggested we put everything in because who knows how long it would take? I could
Go on and on. Just a horrible experience from start to finish. I think they were upset that we weren’t ‘locals’ as they stated and how busy this season gets. Needless to say we will never recommend this place or go back. Odd experience. Oh and we asked twice about heat. We were told it’s a setting and there’s nothing they can do? Very strange.

Hope this is a one off as we enjoy the 110 chain at home in Ma.
Busy Saturday night in North Conway NH. We had reservations thank goodness. As we entered a crowded lobby hostess was on the phone...for a good 5 minutes. People behind us turned around and left At least 2 parties left and warned us to turn around now but we waited. Hostess then left to wait on some tables. Meanwhile families came in and left. One party left after sitting for 15 minutes with no service. Finally we talked to the hostess and turns out with 5 adults and 2 toddlers there were no good seating arrangements. So we went down the street to the 99 and were greeted by a cheery host, and a wonderful waitress! Can recommend the 99, had a great meal and drinks! Sorry 110, will not be back at this one. Guessing it's hard to find employees in that area, and if it's like the other 110's, I'm sure the food is very good.(that's why we chose you in the first place)

Great service, great cocktails, amazing food, you can definitely see that they are wildly understaffed, we dined in on a Friday and there were only 2 servers in the whole resturant! If you weren’t told they are having staffing problems you would never know because of how sincere and hard working these few individuals are. The bartenders always crack me up they are very fun and entertaining. 10/10 would recommend even if it’s just for a drink.

Hate to say this, but place is a mess, Menu worn out to the point half of it is unreadable, place looked dirty, people were leaving after 35 min estimated wait time, some with reservations showed up on time, and waited another 20 min before they got seated, bye restaurant was half empty, it’s a gold mine, mining coal. 20 min estimated seat time up being 45 minutes. Waiter was not able make eye contact food was coming out slow and cold. As business owner my self you guys need to regroup, train the staff, set cleanness standards, reset company’s vision, enforce it.

Unfortunately, this location has slipped. I have been to this location 15+ times since it opened. My daughter is gluten intolerant and they did a terrific job in the past with quality gluten free food; however, this is the 3rd time in a row it has been below par. What happened? Why the slip? Portsmouth is still good why does North Conway suck? 100 Grill management please take notice! This location looks tattered and dirty too

Came in for Dinner on 12-14, we got sat quickly, James was our server and handled our table very well. The food had seafood allergies and everything was handled perfectly by the kitchen! Food was hot and exactly what we ordered! Steve brought us our food and checked on us again, James was always on top of refills, dessert and the bill! Excellent spot!

Staff was unprofessional and talked more about restaurant drama than customers. 2 tables in the whole place and terrible service. Food has potential but nothing special for the price. Save a trip and go to a different place.

We were a party of 3 tonight and it wasn’t busy. We ordered the crab rangoon app, which took a half hour and we had to send back because it wasn’t hot. The app came back after our main entrees were served. Entrees were just ok. My swordfish was over cooked & dry and the rice seemed over cooked and crunchy. My husband’s steak was medium instead of medium rare. I asked for butter and was given garlic butter without giving me a choice. But, we didn’t want to wait longer by sending anything back because we had an hour and a half drive home. We have eaten at this location previously and it was great. Very disappointed tonight.
