The Black cap was great with Friendly faces, great service, and a laid back atmosphere! There is plenty of room to park and and outside patio! My favorite was the clam chowder!!

Came for dinner with a big group. The food is okay, all the entres. Come with some kind of sauce or glaze. It typical franchise pub food without anything memerable.

Black Cap Grille is always our favorite dining spot when we visit N Conway. Great cocktails & delicious food with super nice wait staff. Last night the Prickly Pear Martini & Vegetarian Meatloaf with sweet potato french fries were a nice surprise on the menu & really good. Also my wife appreciated that they have mocktails. Highly Recommend!

Expensive. Charged $7 for a lemonade. Should have had a beer as that would have been the same price. Wouldn't recommend as the burger wasn't well cooked either.

We had lunch here earlier today and everything was just amazing! We had the steak and frites and I also tried the mussels which were so tasty. Our server was very nice and attentive. We would highly recommend this establishment to our friends.

Service was good, professional staff, atmosphere was in elegant style and cozy, food was amazing, the salmon was melting in my mouth, the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the portions are small, I paid 31$ for my meal. We came on Wednesday at 7:30 pm and there was a short wait

Stopped in to have a nice lunch and hostess was extremely rude. We dress casually but nicely and fashionably, nicer than the few customers that were sitting outdoors there. She gave a rude look up and down. It wasn’t busy at all but we were seated all the way back by the kitchen. There were plenty of seats inside, which we chose as it seemed quieter inside. Then we were brought waters and asked if we needed lemon and if we wanted anything more than water. I worked in hospitality and restaurants for many years, and we would not do this. We left and took our money elsewhere. Sadly for you all as we are quite generous for good service, but will not stay where we are made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Train your staff as to how to behave. You never know who you may be dealing with.

A solid 5. period. Excellent America food options, beer and atmosphere. Tucked away on the strip but worth the hunt. Lunch was A1 with service to boot. There are lots of options in town - this is one of the best (ideally couples and adults - thankfully there were no kids around us for our meal ;0) - Sorry Moms and Dads - we enjoyed the escape and meal!!
