TL;DR: Food Poisoning on 1/14/26 from steakhouse whopper meal.

Service was great. People were friendly and welcoming.

Which makes it all the more baffling that on 1/14/26 I got a meal from this store as my last meal for the day, and ended up with the absolute worst case of food poisoning I have ever experienced.

I will never be coming back to this place despite driving by it several times a day. The only good besides the service, is that they helped me swear off fast food for a while.

As someone who has been going to this Burger King for over 10 years, I can confidently say it has become one of my go to fast food stops again. There was a period when it went from being great to pretty disappointing, but over the past month I have noticed a clear improvement in both food quality and service. The staff consistently have a positive attitude, which makes the overall experience much more enjoyable. Fast food places always get mixed reviews, but I am happy to say the Burger King in North Conway is doing things right again.

Our service & food was wonderful at this Burger King. The guy that took our order which was 2 separate orders in 1 car & he got both orders right. The food was cooked & hot when we got it inside the car. Truly one of the best visits to a food chain restaurant. Friendly service & very pleasant to communicate with over the speaker in drive thru.

William has some serious customer service talent. In addition to his kind and communicative nature, my Texas double whopper was hot and fresh and tasted better than I’ve had at other locations in the past. I’m not sure if he’s only there to help this location improve but I look forward to visiting again.

I understand its fast food, but there should be a standard to the quality of food that is being produced from their kitchen. People pay for food, it should be edible. These were clearly very old. This is the food we got when we asked for it to be fresh.
