Had an issue with the app and Maddie got it taken care of and with above and beyond customer service and attitude. This girl needs a raise!

Store is clean and neat. The girl at the register was very pleasant. I ordered a whopper and my wife got a bacon burger. The rolls wer e stale and breaking apart

Most romantic burger king ever.
Friend of mine ordered some food for me n other coworkers. Food arrived, the burger buns were stale the burgers were cold the fries weren’t even lukewarm. Yall need a better staff this place has gone way down hill. None of this would have been tolerated when I was working here as an 18 year old.

Food edible most of the time, sodas taste funny, lights are out at the drive through for 2 years now *fixed at somepoint in 2019ish* worst BK i've ever been to, probably just a matter of time before such a nice property gets sold off. EDIT 5 yrs later, I STILL FEEL EXACTLY THE SAME.

As far as BK goes this one is great! The employees are generally friendly & positive (one young man who is often in the drive thru in particular) which is rare in fast food.

Placed an app order. When I arrived the store was very understaffed. This is understandable, it happens. When is much less acceptable is the lady working up front spending more time complaining to the lady in grill. Employees had no remorse at all for the very extended wait times. Taunting customers in drive through saying if you want your food faster you can come inside and apply. In regards to the woman working the front counter this is her normal every day behavior/attitude regardless of how well staffed the store is. She is always there to bring that negative energy. She could accomplish a lot more work if she would stop complaining and harassing paying customers. In the end I had to leave without my food. Since my lunch break was over. Several other customers had run out of time and had to leave without food also. Maybe Sunday of fair week isn’t a good day to have the skeleton crew on.

The lady who helped me at 10 mins to closing, was very kind and dedicated, she gave up a day at the fair with her children, to go to work and cover a shift, I am thankful because I worked the fair and needed food late.
