Great place for a quick lunch. The service was excellent. We got there close to closing time but we were treated nicely. The Strawberry Italian soda was refreshing.Dietary restrictions: Allergic to pork.

I don't post many reviews but Cafe Italia deserves 5 stars. I wish we had found it sooner. Great place for all coffees, sandwiches, muffins, Italian pastries. Great service and conversation with the owners. This is a corner of Italy right in No Conway. Ciao!

Batista was super friendly! They have a lot of fun coffee flavors. I got an Almond Joy iced latte and it was amazing. Coffee is strong and tasty. Cute little Cafe in the North Conway downtown.

Absolute hidden gem in North Conway!! Of all the places and things we did in North Conway this was literally my favorite part. I’m from MA and haven’t been back to North Conway in probably like 2-3 years after realizing we are not winter weather vacation people, but I literally still crave the amazing homemade Italian coffee and pastries from here!! That’s why I’m writing this review a few years later because I had to make sure they are still in business lol. It sounds bizarre, but the food and coffee is that good and I’m a bit of a coffee snob if I’m being honest. The owner is SO incredibly sweet and I remember her telling me about her life growing up and how she ended up owning this cute little shop. I am seriously considering booking a trip back just to come here. Get the chocolate bomboloni!!! It is heavenly! You can thank me later!

Cute little cafe in the middle of North Conway. Very friendly staff who are clearly from Italy.Really great sandwiches, my wife said it was the "best chicken Caesar wrap she ever had". The lady behind the counter was making freshly filled chocolate chip cannoli when we came in... so good.

Oh man, where to start? This place was absolutely amazing. The outside is very understated, would be easy to pass by as you go along the main strip downtown. The owner, Lory, was the one working when we visited both times - such a sweet person and easy to talk with. She is extremely hard working and that shows in the food she crafts. I highly recommend the chocolate hazelnut croissant and the sfogliatelle. The sfogliatelle was perfectly done with flaky layers on the outside and dense/moist delicious almond filling. The bagel sandwiches were great as well, especially the bagel and lox. 100% the best breakfast place in town as well as best bakery during our stay here, but honestly this is my favorite bakery I've ever been to, period. I've visited Venice, Rome, Monterosso, Capri, and Florence, and the pastries at this cafe were better than the ones I had there. The owner is Italian so this place is authentic. I truly wish we had something this good in Ann Arbor.
