Love that I can bring my dog there. Staff was friendly and on game. They should look at having a few food trucks there. We would have stayed longer.
My husband and I each did a flight. All were amazing! And Kathy behind the bar was fantastic! We had a great time and will be back the next time we're in New Hampshire.
Excellent tasting -loved the cocktails, great service. Will return
Beautiful distillery with a nice bar in the front, everything 100% organic and made on site. It's worth seeing just to see, but it's also a great spot to relax for a little while and it's right next to the Cathedral Ledge itself and all the shops in Conway.
Very friendly staff and great cocktails. I'm not into whiskey and bourbon, but my husband liked everything he tried.
Large accessible parking lot, service Inside but picnic tables available outside. Nice Friendly atmosphere plus Dog friendly too :-)
Glad I gave it a try with my fiancée! Organic and gluten free bourbon and whiskey, well everything is organic and gluten free. Although we didn’t do the tour still it was a great experience!
Good variety of bourbon and vodka to try. Barmaid was friendly and helpful. Would recommend checking them out.
Great atmosphere. Nicole made really nice recommendations and was able to succinctly express the flavor profile of the different liquor options. The Bees Knees was so good, we asked for the recipe and were very happy they sell the bees knees mixer!
Visited from the Boston area with family. Great, knowledgeable staff. Some of the best Gin I’ve ever had and my wife enjoyed the drinks too.
Mike! thank you so much for the bourbon and gin! drinking both right now on the pemi.

Our waitress was kind and knowledgeable. We did the flight. The straight from barrel was good but my Favorite was the maple. Got a few bottles to bring home. Building was beautiful. Have been to many distilleries around the world and this is a great one. Will be back out next visit. FL.
I really enjoyed the distillery tour. Our tour guide was Tyler and he did an excellent job explaining their organic grain to glass methodology as well as answering my many questions related to the distilling trade. I did a tasting afterwards and they know how to make good whiskey. The bottled in bond Rye and the bottled in bond wheated bourbon were fantastic. I would highly recommend checking out this quality distillery.
What an unforgettable experience! My family and I recently toured this local distillery, and we were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of genuine passion for the craft.
Our distiller/tour guide, Karen, was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging—every question we had was answered with insight and enthusiasm. We also really appreciated their commitment to organic practices, which added a whole new level of respect for what they’re doing here.
We enjoyed a tasting flight during our visit, and every pour was impressive and full of character. The barrel-rested gin was the true standout for me—smooth, flavorful, and absolutely memorable. It’s the kind of drink that lingers in the best way.
This place is a gem, and I highly recommend stopping by for anyone who appreciates quality spirits, thoughtful production, and a welcoming environment. We’ll definitely be back!
Kathy=Amazing!
