Best Jersey Mikes location I’ve been to. Always fresh and delicious. Customer service is amazing, Jay and Sammy specifically are the best. They are super friendly and always on point. They are sure to look out for their customers. 10/10 would recommend!

For a quick sandwich shop this chain is very put together! The employees are trained well and it’s clean! I choose the tuna in a bowl ! It’s great!

I ordered online. Not ready when promised or even close 25 mins later. The guy was making a sandwich right on the dirty counter, no paper under it. Absolutely filthy floors / counter tops. No napkins. People had to get paper towels from the bathroom. Definitely go elsewhere.

Love Jersey Mike’s, however for some reason this location does NOT HAVE A TOASTER. So keep that in mind if you are hoping to have a toasted sub roll!!!

I walked in and instead of being greeted, I was stared at. Waited in line for 10 minutes with only 2 people ahead of me. A young man dressing the subs was talking to his friend in line the whole time and the woman taking orders was moving at a snails pace. The tables and floors were dirty, and the grill was black like it had never been cleaned before. Leadership should be embarrassed.

These subs are fully fresh to order!
My son got The Original Italian - provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, pepperoni and choice of veggies. Everything from the meat and cheese was sliced fresh in front of us.
I got the Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak - Applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, white american cheese, ranch dressing, and I asked to add pickles to it. Again, the meat was cooked on a grill while we were there. It may have taken a few extra minutes to wait but it was not overly long.
They do have 3 choices of bread, white, wheat and a rosemary parmesean. We both picked the parm.

Honestly the best sub I have ever had. Even if I slightly squished it when it almost slid off my lap when we were driving.
Hoping they come to the East Coast in Canada.

We couldn't order once we saw how filthy the floor was. If they can't pick up after themselves, what is the food like??

6:48pm on Sat, 26 July. Grandkids are enjoying their Jersey Mike's sandwiches. Me? I didn't get one. I was told the person working the grill was over capacity with grill orders and could not prepare a big kahuna chicken cheese steak for me. Here is a photo of the grill at 6:53pm. Grandkids are still eating their meal. 2 stars for poor customer service or poor management. I'll let the owner decide. I am eating my dinner elsewhere.

This was my first time at a Jersey Mike's, and was it delicious! I ordered the Italian in a bowl. Everything was fresh and tasty. I will definitely be back. My only suggestion to the management is to have staff wipe the tables down. All the tables were covered in food, and it was only 11am. It wasn't a big deal as I just wiped down the table myself, but it would have been nice to sit at a clean table.
