I've love the tuna sub, been waiting all week to order it again, and it is delicious

I had never tried Jersey Mike’s before they came to the Valley. I wasn’t too keen on another chain restaurant coming in, but I am so pleased now that I have tried it. The folks that work there are kind and work so hard. The sandwich quality is consistent and always fantastic!

Vegetarian options: Veggie subs. I haven’t tried them yet.

No one's answering the phone & I can't place my order online since the online system doesn't allow me to add portobello mushrooms to a cold sandwich

Either pick up the phone or fix the system, if either happens I'll change my review

Kind of shocked to see so many negative reviews. My friend and I ordered two different kinds of Italians (one wrap, one sandwich) in person. Both were made well and tasted like Italians!

Service was good too. We were greeted with a smile and sandwiches were made fast. Everyone was friendly. No one was rude to us.

If you're looking for a quick bite to eat and want to have something on the more wholesome side without sitting down, this is a good option. Much better than subway.

Vegetarian options: You can order food that doesn't contain meat.

Dietary restrictions: They are accommodating to whatever food concerns you have. Since you can customize your sandwich, you can opt out of cheese or have gluten free bread.

Parking: Easy, tons of parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: First level and flat. Doesn't get easier than that!

Ordered around 1:40 said it would be ready around 1:55. went in at the time and they said almost ready. I was watching and noticed the one guy doing the dressings for the app orders was going very slow as well and just standing there talking to another one of the workers about random stuff while my sandwiches are sitting there. waited an extra 15 minutes due to him and one of the line guys just standing around doing nothing but talking. Great food but man gotta find better people

Came in at 830 pm to order subs with my family. The employee at the grill was upset as we walked in. Stating"Now they come. " A lot of noise with kitchen utensils could be heard. The front employee was nice and helped us with our order. Talking to us and helping with our selection of subs
We did eat in and left 3 mins after 9 pm. We will probably go back again hopefully rude comments won't be heard.

What a rip off!! $11 for a small sub, no extras. Not worth wasting your time or money on small portions, as well as stale yet soggy bread.
Sorry to say, you will put yourself out of business!

I can’t rate the atmosphere since I always have mine to go and I haven’t been the one picking up the order. However, the Steak subs and grilled chicken subs have a great flavor and are an improvement on other brands. Service has been great since my orders are always made the way I ordered them. I’ve ordered there quite a few times since they opened. I’ll be back!

This is my new go-to food stop when leaving North Conway. Their subs are fresh, high-quality, and generous. Great staff and excellent subs.

No meatball subs, no hot subs, What kind of sub shop has just cold cuts, if i wanted cold cuts Ide get them fron the grocery store.
