DD is always good, but I don't like the new cup covers because they are hard to drink out of. Also, the price it getting to be a bit much.

If there was a zero star button I'd use it, this place has gotten so bad I'm done, I live in town and have been going there for over five years on the daily I've tried ordering on line fifteen minutes before i leaving the house only to get there and have to wait another ten or fifteen minutes making me late for work, i dont know how many times ive just had to leave and there goes five dollars. And I'm not even going to talk about the drive thru if it's even open, the owner of this dunkins is like a slumlord and should be ashamed of themselves, I only wish I could meet them in person I'd have quite a few choice words.

Location is very messy, there had to be at least 50 flies flying around all the food, needless to say I won’t be eating the food. Definitely won’t return!

The kids working at this DD need some maturity. I ordered two donuts and a small black coffer. The girl at the register throws a cup to some guy to fill it with my coffee. He misses the cup and it lands on the ground. Then he ducks behind a partition so I can't see him or what he does with the dropped cup. He fills a cup with my coffee and hands it to me with saying a word. I don't think I'll be drinking from that cup. Get better with greeting customers and maybe don't throw around things. What do you say?

I drive for a living. This location makes the best tasting cappuccino. They get very busy, a lot of people going from 202 continuing west. Those complaining about the long drive thru line should use mobile ordering ahead of time.

Has to be the slowest drive thru in the state, I am a local and can no longer use this Dunkin’s as they are always so slow, 15-20 min waits and I’ve timed it the last 2 visits. No management staff but whoever owns this franchise is losing money and needs to make some changes or close it down as it gives Dunkin’s a bad name.

I travel all over the state and visit Dunkin’s regularly and have never seen one so bad for so long as I have waited months for them to correct staffing issues. What a joke

Waited at the drive in window for 15 minutes until the 5 employees standing around looking at their phone figured out no one was making the order

It seems they have new staff that is being trained at the moment. I repeated my order at least three times. The wait was too long in drive thru. We had to ask for straws. They seemed out of sorts.

It worked out fine in the end but working out the kinks will ensure a better summer.

We went on a Sunday afternoon on Memorial Day weekend and it was fairly busy but took way longer than necessary and having to repeat yourself repeatedly was annoying. First world problems for sure, I know.

Had a meeting here with a client. We sat in the back corner. Being midmorning DD was not particulary busy. I did not purchase anything so I cannot comment on the coffee or food. If you need a spot for a quick meeting DD will most likely work for you . Just be sure to avoid peak hours it gets hectic and loud.

I took a while before I submitted this review, meaning a year. I live in town, and this has been by far the worst dunkin' donuts experience throughout this past year that I have ever had. I just left there after sitting at the drive-thru for about 5 minutes without anybody asking me to take my order. I pulled up to the window, and big surprise, the window is open and nobody is in there. Keep in mind this is a Sunday at 3:00 p.m. I wonder if the three people behind me will have the same experience or if someone will actually answer. This place constantly has machines that are down and can't provide you what you want, constantly getting the food wrong. There appears to be only one consistency to this dunkin' donuts, and that is terrible service. I'm sorry to say it but it must be said. Like all places of business there are good days and bad days, this one just tends to be bad days. Good luck if you ever stop.
