There is a wait at times. However they are generally short staffed. The staff that they do have is generally great though. They are close by and the wait is ok because the service is good.

i don’t know how i sat at the drive through for Over10 minutes with literally nobody in front of me. I sat there for so long. I thought the speaker might’ve been broken.

Yall before you eat here, just to let you know, half the time there isn’t space inside so they leave there food outside in the back(THERES TRASH CANS OUTBACK) I know this because she’s specifically shown people it during training. Don’t come here it’s disgusting and Dessire or whatever is a horrible manager

Desiree the manager is terrible. She treats her staff awful, then wonders why no one wants to deal with her. She is so unprofessional. When asked for her managers number she claimed she can’t give it out. Girl that’s literally your job, when someone asks for the number to your manager you give it out. I’ve been in the drive through line for 35 minutes - I was only 5 cars from the speaker when I jumped into the line …I am still not at the speaker.

Getting up to the speaker we tried to order some food and were told their food station was down (not a big deal). however my boyfriend had ordered a chocolate frosted donut, didn’t get the right donut, and ordered a caramel iced coffee but it was made completely wrong as well. Upon getting up to the drive thru window the manager was then telling us how she is going to fire someone and proceeded to yell at her workers right in front of us, then turned to us and asked for reassurance on her actions. we were shocked and appalled at her actions. our day was completely ruined by this interaction and the fact that we simply wanted dunkin on the way to a fun day. i’m disappointed in this location.

I ordered a matcha with cold foam and the matcha was tan and the cold foam was chunky. Not to mention all files and stains. There was one worker and he didn’t even know I was there for like minute or two. And all of the food cookers were rusty. 0/10 do not go there.

By far one of the worst DD experiences I’ve ever had. Manager is very combative and visibly annoyed. Employees ranged from super helpful and overwhelmed to slow and oblivious. Went here 3X in one week as I was house sitting at the time, each time was as awful as the previous time!
