I’ve been in the drive through line for 35 minutes - I was only 5 cars from the speaker when I jumped into the line …I am still not at the speaker.

Getting up to the speaker we tried to order some food and were told their food station was down (not a big deal). however my boyfriend had ordered a chocolate frosted donut, didn’t get the right donut, and ordered a caramel iced coffee but it was made completely wrong as well. Upon getting up to the drive thru window the manager was then telling us how she is going to fire someone and proceeded to yell at her workers right in front of us, then turned to us and asked for reassurance on her actions. we were shocked and appalled at her actions. our day was completely ruined by this interaction and the fact that we simply wanted dunkin on the way to a fun day. i’m disappointed in this location.

I ordered a matcha with cold foam and the matcha was tan and the cold foam was chunky. Not to mention all files and stains. There was one worker and he didn’t even know I was there for like minute or two. And all of the food cookers were rusty. 0/10 do not go there.

By far one of the worst DD experiences I’ve ever had. Manager is very combative and visibly annoyed. Employees ranged from super helpful and overwhelmed to slow and oblivious. Went here 3X in one week as I was house sitting at the time, each time was as awful as the previous time!

Fast and easy through the app. Service was excellent and the order was accurate

When you order a hash brown... Don't expect it to be any sort of filling. I had six little pieces in my hash brown order that didn't even fill up half the bag.

It was okay hot chocolate watered down and small is too small large is to small for the price scammers

Literally the worst location I have ever visited. I ordered coffee and a bagel. The young girl told me they had no food. So I waited at the drive thru window for my coffee to have a young man tell me after several minutes of waiting that they also had no coffee. He was not in a uniform. I asked the young female why she didn't inform me of that from the start? She said she had no idea that they were out of coffee as well. I asked her name and she said I am not telling you my name. Why are they paying employees? If there is no food or coffee then why are they open? Do yourself a favor and pass by this location and go to the next location.

DD is always good, but I don't like the new cup covers because they are hard to drink out of. Also, the price it getting to be a bit much.

If there was a zero star button I'd use it, this place has gotten so bad I'm done, I live in town and have been going there for over five years on the daily I've tried ordering on line fifteen minutes before i leaving the house only to get there and have to wait another ten or fifteen minutes making me late for work, i dont know how many times ive just had to leave and there goes five dollars. And I'm not even going to talk about the drive thru if it's even open, the owner of this dunkins is like a slumlord and should be ashamed of themselves, I only wish I could meet them in person I'd have quite a few choice words.

Location is very messy, there had to be at least 50 flies flying around all the food, needless to say I won’t be eating the food. Definitely won’t return!
