Simple counter service though they do have a few tables for two just inside the storefront. Food was good, quick and hot. Reasonably priced for prepared food with good quality and great service.Parking: Shared lot with several other business fronts.

mistake after mistake on several pizzas... no apologies, no remaking the pies... absolutely horrendous. customer service. ordered a pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese... got a pepperoni pizza NO SAUCE...next order was a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese... GOT pizza with extra cheese and NO PEPPERONI.... each time the woman at the counter said she would "make it up to me next time" which never happened...On top of that the owner was sitting right there...Do yourself a favor.. go someplace else that appreciates your business. Costa would be ashamed they use the name northwood house of pizza..

Since being taken over about a year ago their Pizza has severely slacked as well as their onion rings and fried foods I don't know if they should have probably applied some of the previous owners knowledge to what they're making now but it has seemed to hurt them hope things get better for you

Edit to add: Very small portions. All food was cold. Received 3 tiny, mostly breaded chicken fingers. North Shore Beef that is in fact, not a NSB. 5 people ordered something different and no one liked the food. Ordered 2 different times, all similar experiences.

Excellent food. The pizza sauce actually has flavor. Onion rings superb! There is another pizza joint across the street but don't waste your money going there. Over priced for food that will disappoint your taste buds and wallet!

2023 review: Quality has decreased from the old owner. Frozen, flat chicken tenders. And red sauce has no business on a BBQ chicken pizza, especially when ordered that way!Response to your reply: this was the third strike for me, and thats not counting an order when you first opened. I've ordered over the phone, online, and in person. And, I challenge you to post a picture of your chicken tenders if you think my description is inaccurate.

I ordered from here for the first time since the change in ownership and got to say I was very pleased and regret not doing it sooner. Pizza was delicious as well as the jalapeño poppers. Staff was extremely friendly and the place was very clean. Also food was ready very fast, especially for a Friday. Can't wait to order again, thank you Northwood House of Pizza!

I had to repeat my order three times on the phone, and they still got it wrong. Got a buffalo chicken wrap that was not made correctly and was soggy with pickles that I did not order. Won’t be eating here again.
Tried Northwood House of Pizza for the first time and was very happy! The women who answered the phone was very pleasant and the pizza was very good. Will definitely go back! My husband said it was very clean too!
