Just a low-key local bar/restaurant. No frills, decent food at the right price.

The burger i had wasnt all that great. The tomato on the burger was not fresh. My first time there so havent had anything else off the menu. I will say avoid weds evening, theres a old car meet in the parking lot. There was parking to the right of the restaurant above the front lower parking lot. However when they have the car meet, some of them block ways to get out of the parking lot. It was very frustrating. I will try it one more time, just not on Wednesday

Loved it. Great food. Lived in Northwood for 4 years and never tried till recently. Sorry we missed out. Will be a regular now.

Had the Reuben on rye, french onion soup, jalapeno poppers, chicken Parmesan bites. Chicken Parmesan bites were good, basically Italian bread crumbs coated bite size chicken pieces with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on them and Marina for dipping(a little more Parmesan cheese would've made them perfect). French onion soup was very strong and flavorful but it was a good flavor and well made. The Reuben on rye was perfect! The jalapeno poppers were basically what you expect with cream cheese filling. Overall very good meal. Wonderful waitress was fast, attentive and timed her table visits perfectly. Food was quick from the kitchen. Atmosphere was casual and friendly. My friends had diet Cokes with their meals and said they seamed a bit watery. We all agree we'd be going again.

Parking: Plenty of flat, door adjacent parking

Wheelchair accessibility: Flat parking lot with minimal door jamb interference but might not fit anything wider than standard. Plenty of seating options to move chairs and get right up to the table. Judging by the hospitality I'd be willing to bet they'd help in any way they could.

We go here about once a month to meet up with some friends. Never had a bad meal, food is always great. Traditional tavern food: burgers sandwiches, even full entrees. My favorite are the club sandwiches. Not the fanciest place, just decent food at very reasonable prices, and great friendly service.
