I echo the other commenters who said that they stood at the counter and watched a slew of workers go back and forth and ignore me when I just wanted to order coffee. Place isn't very clean either in my opinion (flies).

I was 5 feet from the pick up area. A girl screamed the items in my order at the top of her lungs. My left ear is still ringing. That was very unnecessary as the dining room was basically empty. I've worked in food. You don't need to scream like that. Especially with someone 5 feet away from you!!!!!!

On 11 July, I had visit this location around 1:30 PM in the afternoon one of the employees I’m not sure cause I don’t know where the receipt is. I lost it somewhere in my home. I believe her name was Trisha Tasha. I can’t recall of the name, but I hope the manager at this location sees this message and knows precisely of who I am talking about. What a amazing employee extremely helpful. I had woke up at 5 o’clock in the morning to pack up for ? Camp to leave was having an issue with packing up the vehicle to leave towards the afternoon was running late to leave ? Camp due to checkout time. On my way to this Dunkin I had lost my cigarettes. On the road left them on the back of my trunk to come here and order breakfast and coffee for my daughter. I had just realized that the checkout window that my wife had my bank card and couldn’t order the food. This employee said I can still order the food if I can get it on my Apple pay that I wasn’t familiar to use in on my phone as I told her I usually use the card if not Cash she said she will help me get it on there so that way I can still purchase the food and drink I was having a hard time getting it on my phone and she took the time to come out and help me very quickly to get it working on my phone and I was able to pay for the items. It’s very important that the manager observed. I will not keep this review here for long, but very important that you acknowledge that your employee was beyond her work ended a very good deed by helping me make it possible to pay for my items and still perform work efforts, very dedicated and hard-working employee and should be acknowledged of work efforts as well as appreciation to the company

I want to share that today I bought two drinks for almost 6 dollars and simply because I ordered with less ice my medium-sized drink almost came in the middle of the glass and I came back to ask why and the 1 of the employees there got angry and attended me very annoyed
