This Dunkin can get really busy, especially on the weekends when people travel from Mass, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and NY. The staff always does the best they can with the amount of people showing up. I appreciate the staff! They are doing the best with limited staff and large amounts of traffic. ? Be smart order ahead. For anyone complaining - get an application and start working there!
Many people were parking up and walking to the door only to find a little note to say it was drive-thru only on that day. Would have been more helpful to put a sign on the road to stop people wasting their time parking up. Service was prompt but one of the members of staff was very rude.
