Great fish n chips, and excellent steak tips. The stout beer was excellent.

I thought the place was great, good service and good food.

We ordered a takeout order of gluten free BBQ boneless chicken wings and an order of regular Maple Bourbon boneless chicken wings. The ones that were supposed to be gluten free were not labeled, and everything came in black takeout boxes except for the regular chicken tenders came in a white box. Which makes me think that they could have made the wrong flavor gluten free and is confusing and does not assure me that the ones that I ordered were gluten free and safe for me to eat.

The food was good and the atmosphere was great, the waitress was not very attentive to our table though.. I did ask to be put away from people due to my wife's health and getting ready for her bone marrow transplant so that might have scared her to not come over to our table much. I ordered a carrot cake to go but never received it, I forgot all about it when I paid the check but I was at the counter buying some glasses so it wasn't like I just up and left, there was time for the waitress to bring it out or could have brought it out when I paid the check but she didn't. other than that it was very good and their light beer I got was excellent.

I’m shocked to see 4 stars for this restaurant. We stopped by after almost trying a nearby restaurant who got higher ratings and found that place was a dive.

Our service was AMAZING. Our waitress/bartender was friendly, efficient and authentic. The food and drinks were great & the atmosphere was true New England style. Really enjoyed it all! Service, food, drinks, atmosphere and price was excellent!

Recently ordered fish and chips to go.
I am very picky about crispness of this meal and was very pleased. It was delicious!

Me and the family were headed back from a little excursion to the white mountains, we were driving rte 16 and decided to stop here to eat, its a Saturday night so the place was pretty full, but we only had to wait 10 min for a table which was great, this place is pretty big inside, we ordered cheese curds for an app and we all loved them! My wife ordered squash Gnocchi, she liked it very much, I ordered Mac and cheese with fried chicken on top, the Mac and cheese was great, the fried chicken was 8$ for 3 small tenders on top, they tasted good, but didn't like that price, we all loved our meals but we all left hungry, I feel like the portions are a little small, our waitress was very nice and we would go here again if we are in the area.

Went here with a couple of friends for some beers and food. Everything was delicious and service was very quick. Location is huge with both indoor and outdoor seating. Good quality bites and beer. Recommend if in the area

Dinner with Hubby. Waitress was extremely pleasant and friendly. Food was delicious. Steak and cheese egg rolls were so good. I could eat those as my meal alone. White Sangria and beers very good.

Steak tip cooked perfectly for my husband. Had a bit more char than I prefer but that is a personal preference. Hubby loved them. Chicken salad sandwich with bacon was delicious. The salty of the bacon complements the sweetness of the cranberries in chicken salad. I ate it all and usually always take half my food home.

Already decided we will go back!

The chicken salad sandwich with dried cranberries, bacon on brioche roll was misrepresented on menu. There were no cranberries and the brioche roll looked like a pre packaged hamburger roll. When asked about the missing cranberries, the waitress said that when it was scooped out my portion happened to have no cranberries. Huh? Like I said, no cranberries. The solution was to give me a small bowl of cranberries....Weird way to resolve the problem! Though we did not penalize the waitress for this terrible meal, I highly recommend that the manager and kitchen - Do a much Better Job!

Such an amazing spot! Our waitress, Janet, was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The shrimp appetizer was out of this world, the steak tips were perfectly cooked and flavorful, and the mac and cheese was truly next-level delicious. Every beer we tried was great, but the Hi-Jack was hands-down our favorite. We always make a point to stop here whenever we’re in Ossipee, and this visit reminded us why. Outstanding food, incredible service—10/10. We can’t wait to come back! 🩷🍻
