Best fish around, great service

Server was very friendly and atmosphere is good. But both my daughter and I had an upset stomach after the food. Hence only 2 stars and three overall.

A little pricey but you get a large portion. The breading on the fried options is very light and doesn't take away from the taste of the seafood. Service was very good. Plenty of picnic tables for outdoor dining and both counter and indoor seating.

Way overpriced, my haddock it was very good, how to screw that up. My friend had the seafood casserole which was supposed to have ocean scallops so they were overcooked. Also her rice pilaf and vegetables had no seasoning or very little seasoning.

Heading to North Conway and wanted to fill up before the final stretch. What a fantastic place - hidden gem!! Incredible staff that serves up some of the best seafood my family has had. Highly recommend stopping in to grab a bite.

Had a party of 12 to celebrate my Mother’s birthday, the service was top notch , we had 5 diffrent checks and the waitress kept track of everyone and they were able to bring everyones meals out together and all were fresh and hot . Then when the meal was done they made a brownie sundae with a candle in it and came out singing “Happy Birthday “ for my Mom . We didnt ask for this but they did this out of the kindness of thier hearts . Good food and great service, I would highly recommend Jakes !!!

It was pretty great. The beer selection is good and the shrimp appetizer I had was interesting in a good way. Battered fries were solid and we enjoyed the haddock tacos. All in all a delightful spot.

Loved the lobster roll - has the classic Maine style with fresh coleslaw. The salmon was also fresh. We appreciated our very nice waitress!

Emma, a beautiful server at Jake’s Seafood and. Grill was so attentive to our needs and always has a great attitude while serving us. The food and quantity and quality are 2nd to none in the area. I highly recommend Jake’s Seafood and Grill.

I have enjoyed Jake’s in the past but after today, I’m sorry to say I will not be going back. I ordered take out and the waitresses checking me out were horribly rude. They were rolling their eyes and making rude comments. They also messed up my order and over charged me. I was very disappointed with the meal I was given. The salad was abysmal. Only a handful of wilted lettuce and a ridiculously small portion of lobster salad. For $30! There is no way this would have been served to someone dining in the restaurant, and if it had it would have been sent back.

For your information. My dog is a properly trained service dog. From an accredited program. By law she is able to ask what tasks he is trained to perform. I would have been happy to answer as well as provide proof of his training. I was not asked what tasks he is trained to perform, only rudely told he was growling and then asked if he was a service dog, in which she responded I have never seen a service dog growl. I told her that just like all animals. Service dogs make mistakes and have off moments. They are not robots. He was standing by my side on a loose leash and made no moves towards her. He is not perfect. He could tell I was scared because of how she was treating me. And she was being abrasive and staring him down in a very intimidating manor. I know my dog and I know he will not bite. I also am very aware that he does have a tendency to shake when overwhelmed with my emotions. This is not at all a reflection of his training. I weighed the lobster when I got home and it was 2 oz. The salad was supposed to come with tomato and it did not. The lettuce was wilted and parts were brown. Further more no matter what she had no right to be so rude and abrasive to me. It was the worst service experience I have ever had.

The fied seafood and the seafood casserole were great. Very good Margarita. Service was great. Waitress was bubbly, happy and attentive to us.

I used to love Jake’s but got tired of buying pint of fried scallops that contained 4 small scallops… Rip me off, you end my patronage
