Whoever the manager is who worked at 1pm on Sunday April 21st 2024 needs to get a new job or at the very least a ton more training. She is absolutely miserable and unfriendly. From the dirty looks she gives, to the way she talks to customers, and how she is with her employees. Whoever you are lady, your disdain for yourself comes out with how you are with your job. You need to to quit.The girl at the register and runs food out to cars was very nice.

All the fries were burnt, the beef patties were dry, there pieces of buns from other sandwiches stuck on my bun.Not impressed, not worth the money.

I go to Ossipee McDonalds @ 2:00 and order 4 DECAFE French vanilla iced coffees with 3 Spenda in each and low ice. It is now2:15 in the morning and I never finished one coffee and put rest in fridge. My point is that on top of tasting stale or old they had no Spenda and obviously were not decaf. When in doubt go with decaf people. You don’t know who may have heart conditions or other reasons they need decaf when ordered.

McDonalds was providing shelter to emergency crew bosses, meeting to discuss restoring electric service. Three cheers to the West Ossipee McD's, who were doing brisk business at the drive-up.

Worst McD’s on the face of the earth. Order is always screwed up, constant turnover of employees and I’ve never gone through the drive through without being told to pull up, park and wait.

Every time I stop here the restaurant is filthy, and the bathroom is not stocked/clean. Whoever manages this place should let the teens manage the place instead, they'd probably do a better job.

Jason the assistant manager was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about the service that he provided me and my friend last night. He was so patient with us ordering so much food and then ordering again. He was professional and just great he needs a raise!!

Service was somewhat rude for no reason. This is what some big fries look like straight out of the bag, the only thing that I came for. Then to top it off, I realized there was more salt than fries in there.

I have tried several times to speak with management at the Ossipee, N.H. location regarding the Cashier/drive-thru attendant (a younger man who seems physically ill). It is just awful he is rude if asked a question about your order (mind you, you are speaking loudly because he will not open the window). We treat ourselves to breakfast now because we do not want to deal with the young man at night. We sat in the parking lot waiting for our breakfast items that didn't all come in the 1st place for 40 minutes. I suspect we would have been sitting there longer had I not stopped one of the workers and asked him where our sandwiches were. I called approximately 25 minutes of waiting and was told rudely that they were trying their best and would get it out as soon as possible! The persons bringing the food to the vehicles changed because the prior person doing the deliveries had a disability (very sweet man). This emporium has my blessing in giving the disabled a job. Still, for God's sake, give them something they can handle rather than sending him out with a massive bag of food, knowing that you had approximately 12 cars waiting (some just left without their orders). It was hectic, and the man was just walking in circles calling a name; shame on your management! Shame on you! This restaurant is disgustingly dirty, and I know from other posts from people that all I am complaining about has pictures to back it up! Napoli Group llc Amherst NH, do something about these issues!
