Walked in to 4 women standing at the counter. Not one greeted us. The one who spoke was rude. She asked us how many people and passed us menus and then said nothing...We had to ask if we should seat ourselves. The whole interaction was uncomfortable and we thought about leaving once we sat down. Serious training is needed on how to greet and seat customers. Long-time fan! Love the food and the service is great!
We just ate at the yankee smokehouse and wanted to say how amazing our food was. We sat at the bar and were quickly greeted by the bartender. We couldn’t decide on what to get because everything looked so good. We decided to get the sampler for 2. Everything was just so perfectly smoked. The flavors were to die for. Our only issue was there was just way too much food and we couldn’t stop eating. So so good. Highly recommended.
