Ever since this Domino’s opened in Pelham it has never failed to meet my expectations. The staff is a diversified collection of high energy and great customer service. Despite it being a franchise the ingredients always look and taste super fresh. I’ve never had to wait longer than the time I was told on the phone when I placed my order. Awesome!!

Place has only been getting worse and worse since it opened. Last two times I ordered they messed up my order and it takes them almost an hour and a half to deliver my order which is 7 minutes away. Food is cool like it's been sitting out for an hour. Literally threw out my order. Absolutely terrible. Much better service and quality around. If you are reading this, Spare your self and go else where.

Currently having issues with whoever is on the phone. We ordered one small pizza, 2 extra large pizzas and boneless chicken. I was in the room when my mother-in-law ordered the food, and heard the lady repeat the order back on speaker phone. 2 xlarge pizzas, a small pizza, and boneless chicken. We get handed 1 small, 1 xlarge, and one boneless chicken and get charged almost $60 for it. Lady on the phone ( 7: 10pm on Saturday 11/4/23) when we called back promises she remembered and there was no 2nd xlarge pizza. When we were literally charged for it. And she is making us pay for a new pizza because she doesn't remember. Will NEVER order from this establishment again, because liars are stupid.

Pretty good, though the parmesan bread bites were soaked in Garlic. To be fair, I should have ordered on the phone and told them not to overdo the garlic, instead of ordering online, where there’s not an option for that. Staff were nice, though.
