I don’t think this place even deserves one star. Take your business to another Dunkin. Went in this morning and nobody would even acknowledge me trying to place an order at the front desk. Looks like a young crew that didn’t know much of what they were doing. I walked out and went to a Dunkin down the street.

Terrible.. worst dunkins I’ve probably ever been to. Coffee tastes like water. Donuts are stale and nobody cares about the customer here.very rude service.. Better to take your business down the street.

Doors states they are open until 7pm 6:40 on a Friday night and doors are locked!! Employee mopping floor and walked out back when I knocked on the door. This location closes early way too often.

Customer service was horrible! The lady yelled at me to pull up and after ordering made a rude comment.
I tried to walk in to use the restroom and buy food. Door is locked. The female employee locked the door and had her 2 kids running around inside. I didn't know dunkin turned into a daycare. Will never return to dunkin. GET A BABYSITTER DUNKIN IS NOT A DAYCARE!

Lastnight at 6pm I went into this dunks with my daughter and husband. My daughter wanted to pick a donut and that was made known to them that we would be getting donuts (2 year old excited and yelling about a donut with sprinkles) however she needed the restroom first. When I came out of the restroom my husband was visibly annoyed. I look over and the worker is throwing all the donuts in the trash after stating the ovens have also been turned off for closing (7pm) then the worker proceeds to say “oh did you want donuts?” Leaving just the plain and powdered when asking. I tried to call today to discuss with manager but the phone is shut off/taken off the hook. If you don’t stop serving customers till 7pm then at 6pm there should still be at least one food option left available till closing. Not just the 5 pitchers of coffee sitting on the front counter without covers. Do better.

The attitude from the drive thru employee with horrible customer service this morning was completely unprofessional!!!! I mentioned part of my order being missing and her reply was down right rude with no option to resolve it! Went over to the 123 Bridge St Dunkins next to Ya Mas and was treated 1 million times better with the kindest attitude from a sweet lady. It really shows when you love or hate your job! I hope your employee sees this and finds out that she's affected business for your establishment and I will choose to go where kindness is given!

Closes at 7pm yet at 640 I can't get iced coffee because they already dumped it out cause they are closing in 20 min.... The hours say open till 7 not employees leave right at 7.... That's bull
