I would recommend going two seconds down the road to the dunkin donuts by Hannafords or venturing down the street to the one in Dracut. Employees are always forgetting food and giving out wrong donuts/ munchkins here. They also never answer their phones, so don’t bother calling if they do mess up. Check in the parking lot before you leave

Placed a mobile order at 7:39 got there at 7:45 and they were already closed when their store hours are until 8...update your store hours so they are accurate and don't allow mobile orders to go through. If you are open till 8...be open till 8.

Ordered a simple bagel tosted with cream got home no cream cheese girl at window was also rude shoved the bag out the window and walked away

This used to be one of the best dunks around, they where fast, friendly, and accurate, now it's not uncommon to wait 10-15 min in the drive thru and get an undrinkable coffee. today was a 20min wait to get the wrong coffee, and another 15 min waiting at the counter before I just gave up and left.The dunks next to the post office across the street isn't any better today their doors where locked and I can't use the drive thru due to the size of my work truck.

I’ve tried to come in several time in that 7-8 pm time frame but have never had any luck getting someone to take my order. One time I was sitting in the drive through speaker from 7:15 pm to 7:30 pm when then turned off all the lights for the store
I bought $10 worth of menu items. When I got the food, I asked for ice water and was told that I had to be charged for it! REALLY??Apparently, this establishment is all about the money, not the customer or customer service. I should have known after seeing the sign on the door saying, "Restrooms are for PAYING customers only."Greed over customers is never a good idea in any business. I won't be back to that DD store!
