My mom went to order and she asked for less ice on a refresher and they said they can't do that we have went to multiple dunkins locations and we get what we asked for especially for $3 something for a drink is expensive if we want less ice you suppose to listen to the customer I feel like they trick people into getting more ice than the drink cause it's funny a large goes quick when you have way to much ice and that's not normal for my drink to be gone that quick cause they trick you with more ice if we pay for something and we want less ice then that's what we should get not what they want us to get!!! 1 star review cause they suck!! Wack people and rude!!

Sometimes I get the dude who doesn't say good morning but no matter how long this line is, I'm in/out in a reasonable time. 1000000% appreciate the speediness at this location, something that I took for granted the past 2 weeks.

My bagel was rock hard I asked nicely if I could get another one remade and the lady fought with me through the drive thru window saying she refused to remake it for me. Blew my mind. Tried to call the location to speak to a manager and no one answers

This Dunkin is my go to location. They are friendly and close to my home. Their quality check needs to be better. The last breakfast I got came with paper in it and I had to throw it away. My digestive system didn't care for it either. It looks like the paper that goes between cheese.

I would recommend going two seconds down the road to the dunkin donuts by Hannafords or venturing down the street to the one in Dracut. Employees are always forgetting food and giving out wrong donuts/ munchkins here. They also never answer their phones, so don’t bother calling if they do mess up. Check in the parking lot before you leave

Placed a mobile order at 7:39 got there at 7:45 and they were already closed when their store hours are until 8...update your store hours so they are accurate and don't allow mobile orders to go through. If you are open till 8...be open till 8.

This used to be one of the best dunks around, they where fast, friendly, and accurate, now it's not uncommon to wait 10-15 min in the drive thru and get an undrinkable coffee. today was a 20min wait to get the wrong coffee, and another 15 min waiting at the counter before I just gave up and left.The dunks next to the post office across the street isn't any better today their doors where locked and I can't use the drive thru due to the size of my work truck.
