Sometimes my experience is good and sometimes not so good. The bathroom clean staff polite but the coffee is watered down and it's too expensive for no taste! I'm sorry I'm done with Duncan's

They always always always do great over at Pelham bridge st location(referring to one not in plaza) . I live next to it and go at least 4x a week and they always get my order right and it's not always the same thing. My husband agrees how great they are there! Thanks and keep up the great work! Please can we start giving them tips!!!

Service was good, donuts not seem very fresh.. hot chocolate was bought to keep us warm at outdoor football game 5 minutes away in Pelham, only it wasn't even to hot to drink when we got it.. disappointing to say the least
