I've been coming to this Dunks since the day it opened. It was never perfect, but it's gone so far downhill that it's not worth going here anymore.
I haven't gotten a correct order from this place in over a year, I'm done with it. I shouldn't have to ask for the rest of my order everytime I go to pick up. They run out of everything by 10am, and never stock enough for the day. It's just mismanaged top to bottom, not one of the employees cares that they're getting paid to work. Half the time I go in they're just arguing with each other.
Just today I had to ask for the other half of my order. I get back to the house and realize they gave me my order and now someone else's, too.
Save yourself the headache and just go to one of the Bridge st. locations

I swear to god they use used coffee beans. You can barely get a coffee flavor out of a black coffee. The workers seem to be more interested in their phones rather than the customer. Time to head to Bridge Street for my coffee now.

Walked in was greeted by a nice girl who asked how she could help me told her I put a online order she walks over pulls receipt and a older woman with a attitude says it just came through gonna take a few minutes I said no problem just waiting then the older lady walks to other end of counter into a doorway I waited a few seconds because she didn’t say anything then I walk up and see the order is their I’m like really you couldn’t tell me I was all set Thankyou have a nice day if you have a bad attitude then please do not work in customer service thanks for the horrible experience

The quality of the food is not an issue, it’s standard Dunkin’ food. I order here on my way to Sunday morning church an everything bagel, toasted, with the butter spread; through the Dunkin’ app for drive thru pick-up. Half the time they give me the butter on the side, which is not of any use to me while I’m driving and want to eat the bagel while hot. One out of the last 8 time I’ve ordered, I’ve gotten cream cheese. And another time out of the last eight times I’ve ordered I got a sesame seed bagel instead of everything. So out of the last 8 times I’ve ordered, I’ve been given the wrong order 6 times.
Frozen coffee is not correct, asked for another and it’s still not correct? They said it’s right! So I am prob not coming here again? Unwilling to believe something is wrong with ice machine or additives…I drink these everyday I know what it’s suppose to taste like…I understand a little discrepancy between dunks but this one is gross! Skip this one there are enough around to go to another DD…was driving by and fell for it again…place is empty still I have to wait? Can’t make what I want today sorry.. yeah I am done.
