Girl at drive up didn't act like she enjoyed her job.

I asked for my sandwich to be cooked well and it wasn't.

The caramel in my coffee wasn't stirred in so it was all at the bottom

unfortunately somewhat understaffed, but great staff who have to deal with some of the worst customers I've ever seen or even heard of. keep in mind that a lot of the negative reviews are Karens of the worst degree, the kinds to just lay on the horn in a drive thru because it's been a whole minute and a half.

I did the drive through during the morning commute and the service was pleasant but so incredibly slow. Two cars ahead of me got a coffee, nothing crazy, just a coffee. They were waiting 10 to 15 minutes at the window to get it. To be fair i don't know if there was anything unusual about this coffee, just seems like it would have made sense to ask then to pull forward while someone made it for them. Nope, we sat and waited.
