Ya Mas Greek Taverna & Bar

I've been visiting Ya Mas for years, from Pelham to last night's Titanic tasting menu. the food is amazing, the staff welcoming and attentive, and the over- the-top seasonal decor can't be beat. Visiting Ya Mas is an occasion, no matter if it is a special event or a random Thursday out. Don't skip the fantastic cocktails! They also serve delicious coffees.

Excellent service ,food , drinks and environment

Their prices are on the high side. Google asked me if I would do a review as I used Google maps for directions. I left a review and was honest and respectful. I thought the food was good, but not great. My negative comment was that I found their prices on the high side. They responded to my review. Their response could not have been more rude and disrespectful. They said that if I thought Their prices were too high I should eat at the McDonald's down the street!! I will never go there again and if this is how they treat their customers, my advice is people should consider spending their money elsewhere. There is a great Greek restaurant in Dracut, MA that is top notch!

One of the best falafel gyros I’ve ever had. The staff were very attentive and friendly. You can tell they put in a lot of effort in the decor as well.

Came here after doing some shopping. People were friendly. Service was great. Food was AMAZING and fresh. Lamb chops were 10/10. The menu was great but they were out of something’s that were personal favorites. Other than that the place was great. Highly recommend trying 8/10

What a wonderful experience tonight! Ya Mas Greek Tavern has phenomenal, fresh cooked Greek cuisine. The lamb falls apart and is perfectly seasoned. The feta on the salad is out of this world. Try their dips - the hummus, the eggplant, the tzatziki - they're all incredible. But they also have amazing staff. I can't say enough about Nikki, one of the managers - she is a true leader, has a great attitude and makes sure everyone is happy. Thank you for a great experience! We're now customers for life!

I recently dined at Yamas Restaurant in Rockingham Hall with my family, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. First, I was double charged for my meal, which is frustrating enough. I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, and they promised to call me back, but they never did. After following up again, I was told they were too busy and to call back in the morning. I did as instructed, only to be told once more that they were too busy and would call me back. The lack of customer service was shocking and unprofessional.

As for the food, it was far from impressive. The portions were ridiculously small, especially considering the high prices. I ordered the octopus dish, and it was a complete letdown. The plate was mostly capers and tomatoes, with barely any octopus to be found. Out of the supposed octopus plates, only a couple of tiny pieces made it to my dish.

To make matters worse, the steak tips we ordered were served raw, and the fried calamari was so unappetizing that we left the entire plate untouched on the table. For a restaurant in a mall, the prices were exorbitant, and the quality did not justify the cost.

Overall, my experience at Yamas was a disappointment on multiple levels. Between the poor service and the subpar food, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to others. Save your money and your time—there are far better options elsewhere.

The first time my friend and I went to this restaurant the service was very slow, but the food (though highly priced) was incredible! The second time (today), my friend and I were seated at a table for four. Over 10 minutes went by and no one acknowledged our presence - no clearing of the extra settings, pouring water, etc. Nothing. Meanwhile, shortly after our arrival two customers were seated at nearby table. Almost immediately, the extra place settings were cleared, water was poured, and the server/seater spoke to these people. It was obvious that we were not seen as valued customers, so we left.

On both occasions, in this nearly empty restaurant, my friend and I were asked if we had reservations. We did not. Guess walk-ins are NOT welcome. We will never go back.
