Atmosphere a 5 star but service and food definitely a strong 1 star. They got it all wrong from serving cold food to two of our 4 dishes ordered to the waitress giving her personal opinions of what not to order. We left shocked. They ran out of menu items on a Sunday afternoon and the waitress was excusing this by saying they had a busy Saturday night. We were shocked by quite a few issues from food to dessert to coffee. Then we were anxiously stared down when we were getting up to leave and the waitress was hovering by us waiting. Very awkward visit all around. Heavily disappointed. Will not recommend to anyone and will definitely not be back.

Finally made it to Ya Mas Greek Taverna & Bar in Salem, NH on our way back to MA — this spot has been on my foodie hit list forever. The décor was warm, festive, & so inviting. We came specifically for the Pikilia of Olympus, a mixed grill platter loaded with all the Greek classics — basically a meat lover’s dream. Our waiter, Sotoris, was fantastic & the whole place had such an authentic Greek vibe. Safe to say… I’m already planning my next visit.

Saturday night was our first time in the restaurant and we will definitely be back. We loved the vibe of this restaurant. Our server Jen was outstanding. The menu is large and she answered all our questions and made great recommendations. The food was amazing. Get the chocolate mousse for dessert, you won't regret it. Definitely a favorite restaurant of ours now!

Nice atmosphere but food is pricy, $20 for chicken gyro and have had better st pizza places, no beer on tap either.

We used to go to Ya Mas a lot when they were in Pelham and loved them. Then they moved to Salem at the mall and we just didn’t get over there much, but every once in a while we’ll order take out. We just had takeout tonight and their food has completely changed, and not for the better. Our favorite dish has always been the gyro - tonight the bread was literally a thin, soggy piece of pita bread, dried chicken and no flavor. It felt blah, and not the usual quality that we have come to expect. Not sure if we’ll be back.

Its very misfitting for this restaurant to be INSIDE the mall. Very out of place. While this is an unpopular opinion I find the decor loud and over stimulating. The service is polite but overbearing- no sense of relaxation and we felt rushed more than 1 time. My friend and I both got 1 cocktail split 2 appetizers and tried the chocolate mouse for dessert. The food was okay, nothing special and the dessert was not as expected. This mousse was hard & chaulky? This small meal came to $89. Very expensive for very little. I don't feel the need to return

If I could give this place a 20 stars I would do so happily!!! The service is fantastic, the decorations they put up are always so fun and beautiful, and above all else… the food is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! I’ve tried something new every time I come here and I am never disappointed. Thank you guys so much for being the highlight of my week every time xoxo

We had an impromptu dinner…WOW! Food was delicious, Jenniffer our server was professional, attentive, and just a great host. The Halloween decor and menu made the whole experience dynamite. Do not miss this place!

Ya Mas is the best Greek restaurant in NH by far! It’s located in the Rockingham Mall but don’t let fool you. As soon as you get inside you will experience a wonderfully decorated restaurant that changes every season. Great place!

Great bar service. They just revamped their entire menu and have definitely improved since the first time I went. The new chef is passionate, the bartenders and courteous, and the servers and sweet. A couple must try items I'd recommend is the bacon wrapped meatloaf and the Chicken Piccata.
