I have a restaurant In Connecticut Giovanni and I have bought 2 ice cream machines and one batch freezer from Hugh and his family , this is a great company and his employees are great . I've had a couple come out and set up the machines and get everything working right . Especially Jeremy he comes out and fix any problems that we may have in the beginning and comes back and check Son us and set everything up very very good and responsible.
I have been a customer of Acana northeast for many years, buying multiple ice cream machines from them. Anytime I have any issues with my machines (which isn’t often) all I have to do is make a phone call and within 3-4 hours someone is at my place fixing the problem! They are out of NH and my business is located in Vermont! I have nothing but great things to say about these folks customer service is great and wether evening or weekend they do not let me sit idle for very long...
Purchased machine from Acana early Spring . Excellent and professional technician who gave detailed training and was able to answer all questions we had. No issues during the season at all. The soft serve made by an Electro Freeze machine is by far the best I have tasted. My customers love it.
