honestly, the worst Dunkins in the Pembroke/Concord area. no matter what time of day I go, there's always some food item I've ordered that they're missing. one morning I went in right after they opened, they didn't have an item I ordered so I just swapped it for a similar item and it still took 15 minutes to get my food. another morning, I ordered 2 food items and was told they didn't have either....took 10 minutes to get someone to process the refund I requested. there's 4 or 5 other Dunkins in the area, I recommend everyone to skip this one.

The staff is incompetent and irresponsible! I asked 3 times for hot coffee with a PUMPKIN syrup! What is your problem, guys! Is it really so hard????

Stopped in for a quick couple of donuts and a hot coffee this morning. Waited about 25 minutes and they hadn't even started my order, several people who came in afterwards were served before me and I left without my food because I couldn't wait for them anymore. Would've got faster service at a dine in restaurant. I understand the staffing issues I know this kind of work is overwhelming but just do better

I think the pictures explain enough. I work hard for my money and choose to treat myself occasionally and this is what Dunkin’s deems worth $8. I will never be supporting dunks again!! Can’t even give me all my hasbrowns and their employees are unpleasant and always in a bad mood!!! I called the Dunkin headquarters and they were kind and wanted to right this wrong I appreciate it very much!!

Food is great when it's made the right way but the people working there could be nicer coffee had to be made three times because they kept messing it up. If they had better attitudes I would rate it better because like I said the food great ..

The little guy up front was a jerk waited almost 20 minutes for them to tell me they didn’t have the food I ordered then this short guy starts getting mad at me for wounding where my food is acting like i was the problem I just wanted my food.
This is where they hire the most lazy people of them all.. people can't get a better job anywhere else... if you suck at life you will fit in great over here

It is 10-12-24 at about 10 am was going to get a Bacon, egg, and cheese, English muffin and the muffin was cold ice cold now I’m just eating my egg and bacon by hand without my bread😡☹️

I’ve never been to such a terrible Dunkin’ Donuts. I will not be returning back because out of all times that I’ve been, nothing is ever right. They charge for things that they don’t do. (Like cold foam every single time). Coffee never tastes good. I just went through the drive-through and ordered ONE avocado toast add bacon, pretty simple if you ask me. The guy hand me three boxes of avocado toast, which are cold and disgusting. I handed back one box I don’t need three of them…. He told me one of the boxes has bacon in it so I was like ok but it didn’t... they gave me 3 cold, gross avocado toasts and they said it’s because they made extra turns out that none of the three have bacon on it. I don’t know what’s wrong with these people who work at this Dunkins, but I would avoid it. Take the extra few minutes to go to a different dunks.
