Was told when I entered the store that they would be closing at 10:30 that evening so I got my movies and was about to check about at about 10:30. Then they told me that I didn't have an account which I didn't know I needed and that I needed a license from Bannock county and or mail for this all why the lady at the front was being extremely rude and disrespectful. As someone who works in customer service if I ever talked to a customer like that ever I would be fired. I even apologized for coming in so late when they were closing early. Extremely disappointed with the staff here..

We used to love to come in and rent movies a lot. But now that Judie is there we can't even stand going in there anymore. She is constantly running her mouth and rude to people who try to ask her questions while she is running her mouth. Very unprofessional very rude and never shuts up. My son and I just stood in line with only one man in front of us for almost 15 minutes because she was talking about a trip she took and she just kept looking at me like I was nothing. She needs to find a different job where she doesn't have to deal with people because she sucks

I used to rent a lot of movies from your location. Have taken a break from it for a while. But started again this week. But Monday night when I came in and returned videos. I needed to use restroom and asked Judy if I could. Then I planned on renting more videos. She said No, we no longer have a public restroom. We love your video selection and my family comes in quite often. However, Judie Stevinson is rude every time we come in. Between the glares and total lack of conversation. We take our children to K&B and my 9 year old notices her behavior. The rest of your staff has always been very pleasant, friendly and has great customer service. But I do not like feeling uncomfortable every time my family goes to pick out a video and made to feel this way only by the manager. If a person in that position can not lead by example by being friendly and having good customer service, than I don't feel they should be in that position. I would put a 5 star if this wasn't the situation. I hope this reaches whoever is above her and the situation can be corrected.
