Ordered delivery was wondering why it was taking a bit longer than expected they gave me a call saying that they are a bit understaffed which is understandable. Everything i Ordered was warm and great tasting.
I have not been to Mei's for many years due the quality going downhill. Times have changed and the food was amazing tonight! Singapore rice noodles were perfect and so was everything else!!
Our family of 6 orders from here often. Tonight I had to call because some apps we ordered were over cooked to our standard. I called, brought the apps back and they made them fresh, delicious, and on the fly (fast). We enjoy Mei’s and I encourage anyone in the case of a complaint; just call them. They are kind, willing to listen and make it right quick- no hard time at all. Give them the opportunity to make it right with you and I’m sure you won’t feel any need to post...
