I craved their burritos during my pregnancy and often stopped when I was in town for appointments. Unfortunately, something has changed and my recent experience will probably be my last. No one spoke to me when I entered and I eventually found a QR code for ordering. I placed an order and a few minutes later a burrito was silently placed on the counter. I can’t complain that it was overstuffed, but it was overstuffed to the point that it was no longer handheld. It tasted ok, but it wasn’t good enough for me want to return.

I ordered online there on December 11 around 5pm and the online ordering was open and said it closed at 7. The site charged my card and I got to De olla about 5:30pm and it was closed with no indication anyone had been working there. I have received no refund since. Will not be going back, you cannot trust if it’s open or not. I’ve tried calling many times to try to get a refund

Used to go here all the time. Two days ago tried to order online as it is online order onlynow. Hours said open until 7:30. I ordered at 5, drove 20 min only to find a closed de olla burrito shop. Have tried calling multiple times and driven by. Not open, have no way to ask for refund as nobody answers the phone. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU KNOW IT IS OPEN.

Easily the best burritos I have ever eaten in my life. The people are wonderful and the atmosphere is amazing.

Vegetarian options: Great option for plant people :)

I’ve been going since they opened. Most recently after ownership change I went in and waited at the counter for 15-20 minutes to place an order and was ignored by the staff. Seems like they only deal with people who order online, because they put a couple pickup orders on the counter and still didn’t even ask my name or if I needed to order.Food is good but at the very least ask folks if they’re picking up or ordering when they’re waiting.

This used to be good restaurant, not anymore. We (3 people) walked in yesterday, there was nobody visible. We had to order online and wait for the food to be ready. The estimated time was 20 minutes, we got it after 5 minutes or so. Can you prepare 2 bowls and 1 burrito in 5 minutes in good quality? Well, you can not. In one bowl, we found hair and in the other one some of the salad was rotten. We will not go there again and can't recommend this place.

Wow real professional trash talking customers on your Facebook. This place was good couple years ago when the last owners were actually "Mature"...

Let me start by saying the food is delicious. It's a little pricey but you get a good portion. My issue is their hours are never correct. I work an hour away and it's the halfway point. I've purposely not stopped at other places because I want to go their but 9 times out of ten they're closed. I just stopped in, their open flag is out but everything is dark and locked at 4pm when hours say open until 7:30. I also enjoyed ordering at the counter and watching them make the food. I don't like ordering on-line as I have a toddler whose always with me and I don't have the time to order while she's with me

First visit. The smells walking into a really cool atmosphere were wonderful. A friendly staff walk through the menu and other options. This place suits all dietary preferences, AND you can ask for the burrito to be served as nachos, a bowl, and more options, instead.Tried the #6 burrito - wow, look it up up, made my face happy, and filled me up for an afternoon of yard work.If anyone has connections with the alchohol licensing folk, please nudge them to hurry this place's approval as the beer taps are ready to go.Will be back!

Very strange to walk into an open restaurant and have NO ONE greet you. At first I thought I mistakenly walked into the back of an industrial kitchen… I almost left, but an employee happened to come in from the back patio at the same time. He explained how the restaurant “works” - they expect you to order online, pay online, and pickup your food without speaking to anyone. I panicked and embarrassingly ordered tacos, then had to awkwardly pay IN the kitchen - like behind the counter. Then I stood in the “dining room” while my food was made. The dining room consists of metal stools and whiskey barrel tables - cold and unwelcoming, and I felt like I was intruding/imposing the entire time. The tacos were left in a food window, no words were spoken. I grabbed my food and ate in the car. What an uncomfortable and strange dining experience. The chicken and pulled pork tacos were good, but the ground beef taco was horrible. Maybe knowing how the restaurant “works” before going will make it better? Doubt it.

I don't know what happened but not only have the prices gone up twice in six weeks but the food is suddenly terrible. Twice my husband and I have gone there since they renovated and the food has changed and it's horrible! Shame too it was so good.

Upon walking in a dog started barking. The dog was in the kitchen area, and when I asked if there was a dog in the kitchen, I was told it was behind the wall, but there was no wall into the kitchen. It was open area. Did not stay for lunch. There’s a reason there are no pets allowed in Restaurant, Board of Health issue?
