I craved their burritos during my pregnancy and often stopped when I was in town for appointments. Unfortunately, something has changed and my recent experience will probably be my last. No one spoke to me when I entered and I eventually found a QR code for ordering. I placed an order and a few minutes later a burrito was silently placed on the counter. I can’t complain that it was overstuffed, but it was overstuffed to the point that it was no longer handheld. It tasted ok, but it wasn’t good enough for me want to return.

I would hesitate to call this a Mexican restaurant. Pretty good Chipotle style burritos. I used go there for lunch but in one day the online app allowed me to order and pay (15$ for one burrito) but the place was closed when I got there. The owner said he would refund me but it never happened. My general feeling is that he doesn't really give a shit.

I ordered online there on December 11 around 5pm and the online ordering was open and said it closed at 7. The site charged my card and I got to De olla about 5:30pm and it was closed with no indication anyone had been working there. I have received no refund since. Will not be going back, you cannot trust if it’s open or not. I’ve tried calling many times to try to get a refund

Used to go here all the time. Two days ago tried to order online as it is online order onlynow. Hours said open until 7:30. I ordered at 5, drove 20 min only to find a closed de olla burrito shop. Have tried calling multiple times and driven by. Not open, have no way to ask for refund as nobody answers the phone. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU KNOW IT IS OPEN.

Seems like they only deal with people who order online, because they put a couple pickup orders on the counter and still didn’t even ask my name or if I needed to order.Food is good but at the very least ask folks if they’re picking up or ordering when they’re waiting.

What a gem of a restaurant! Had a vegetarian burrito, and it was absolutely excellent. Fresh ingredients, full of flavor, generous portions. Great little spot too. Friendly service. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and plan to make myself a regular customer. Strongly recommend.

This used to be good restaurant, not anymore. We (3 people) walked in yesterday, there was nobody visible. We had to order online and wait for the food to be ready. The estimated time was 20 minutes, we got it after 5 minutes or so. Can you prepare 2 bowls and 1 burrito in 5 minutes in good quality? Well, you can not. In one bowl, we found hair and in the other one some of the salad was rotten.We will not go there again and can't recommend this place.

I used to love this place. They slowly went downhill, then closed, then reopened. I ordered online and arrived on time, waited and waited, and finally had to leave without lunch because I was out of time. While I waited, I watched the youngsters struggle to keep up with orders, and they dropped several things on the floor and picked them up again. The owner didn't come out to help them or talk to the customers who were angry. Others posted reviews on their Facebook page and received rude replies back. Bad reviews should be used to improve things, they're not personal. I miss the days of good service, good food, all in a timely manner. I received a refund but no apology and no invitation to give them another chance.

Let me start by saying the food is delicious. It's a little pricey but you get a good portion. My issue is their hours are never correct. I work an hour away and it's the halfway point. I've purposely not stopped at other places because I want to go their but 9 times out of ten they're closed. I just stopped in, their open flag is out but everything is dark and locked at 4pm when hours say open until 7:30. I also enjoyed ordering at the counter and watching them make the food. I don't like ordering on-line as I have a toddler whose always with me and I don't have the time to order while she's with me
