If they used a different cheese blend or maybe just less cheese all together this would be fantastic pizza. Not sure if they were rushed or what but the cheese isnt even toasted.

Website says there is ricotta cheese in their calzones but ours only had mozzarella cheese. The cheese wasn’t fully melted and they served it with ice cold sauce.

First and last time I'll go here. The manager and staff were very rude. I was told 40 minutes to pickup. We got there and it wasn't even in the oven. Ok no biggy, but when we asked how much longer the manager was rude saying I still got 3 mins. After we finally got the pizzas, I told her no need to be rude, she continued and as we were walking out they all laughed and made comments about they didn't care if we came back. Well we won't. Extremely disappointed. No need

It was a very snowy nite. We wanted to sit somewhere but couldn't stay to do so. The lovely aroma of the atmosphere, the warm welcome we received from staff when we walked in was soooo inviting and comforting. We had to get home to the farm an hour away. So we'll be going back there soon

Very disappointed I was ordering here for the first time.First off when I called I thought I called someone's house because sounded like a little boy answered the phone and didn't even say the name of the busineJust hello just to be put on, hold for a few minutes for another lady to come back on the phone and say, pick up is over an hour and 10 minutes. I'm sorry we don't have cooks.

I've only had takeout here. So I can't say anything about the atmosphere inside but this is my 2nd favorite pizza place. I have tried multiple pizza joints and I have narrowed it down to Poncho Pizza and Grappelli's they are very close when it comes to the quality of ingredients. Both have fantastic flavors but for me, Poncho Pizza is the closest I've had to Jersey pizza 🍕. If you are in the Peterborough area stop in and try it for yourself you won't be disappointed 😉

Its hard to do a review on Grapellis and give anything but 5 stars!! Most consistent pizza in the region. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere simply because they put the chairs up every night before they are closed. It sends the message that we are not welcome and we are intruding if we stay. Always super clean, always very friendly!!

This place I find is better if you eat the specialty pizzas. Asking to make your own or a cheese doesn't possess the same explosive flavor as stuff like their Ultimate Hawaiian. Pizza is decent all around most of the time. Sometimes I've gotten stuff a bit too charred or floury (If that is a word). This time around the food was pretty good. I ate a lot of it including the cheese so congratulations there. I find the pizza a bit pricey for my tastes, but I can be a bit of a penny pincher. Wait time, although not within their control, was rather long. Place was clean and ready for more. Only reason I gave four stars this time is one of our members got sick after eating the food. I think it was the cookie they got but cannot confirm this fact. Thus, why only one star was lost among other reasons. Overall, this place can be really good if you pick the specialty pizza flavors and the right crew is on. Thanks for the food.
Good wood fire pizza …but for us it is about the cauliflower pizza crust. We think it is better than the regular dough and crust and we end up doing the cauliflower crust for everything! Great for my wife for health reasons but I end up doing it too because it is just good!

The best staff, pizza that my picky children love, convenient big slices to buy on the go. Truly a blessing to have this place in the community. Love them. They even offer to cut the big slices in half for my little kids and even helped me to my car once when my hands were full of my babies! So sweet. Ill never forget all the kindness here and tasty meals!
