Everyone has their own preference on pizza but for someone who is from NJ, this is the only pizza in town I find good. The sauce is savory, the cheese blend is excellent and crust is good.

There is definite potential here with this pizza; the only thing holding it back is the cheese blend used. Change that to a more traditional mozzarella only (maybe Parm/Romano for accent) and we've got 5 star pizza on our hands.

We made the mistake of thinking subs would be faster than pizza. Literally a long line of people behind us were served before we were. Also the cashier made us wait while she took a phone order and that took at least 10 minutes. When she hung up, she said they could wait until everyone else was served. Weird priorities in the kitchen. Okay fish sandwich. Wouldn't go out of my way to go here again.

Pancho's is hands down THE absolute best pizzeria in Peterborough. I don't care what anyone else says, Their pizza crust, pizza sauce, and any combination of toppings you want to choose are SO GOOD! I like to spread the love around town and go to all of our pizzerias fairly regularly, (and they are all wonderful), but I always find myself saying how Pancho's is the best in town, and my family agrees. Thank you, Pancho's Pizza!

I visit Peterborough once or twice a month and pick up a pizza or two to go at Pancho's - a very good thin crust pie - New York style. It's much better than other pizza restaurants in Peterborough.

Literally left on hold for 10 minutes. Pizza was cold and the toppings were colder, seemed added on after the pizza was done (raw onions). Unfortunately, it's not my first experience like this here. But it will be my last.

Use it or lose it. Peterborough lacks decent, non-fancy food fare. This is one of the rare gems. For the genre, this place deserves your money. The pizza (dough, sauce, and common pizza types like pepperoni or supreme or meat) is executed well. Reminded me a lot of NYC pizza.I like the sausage, pepper, onion sandwich. They even wrapped it carefully, with a napkin safely rolled with the paper.Pancho's is a restaurant that acts like a restaurant that cares about what it is doing. At least from my experience.

Had a fantastic experience! We got their mushroom/sausage and veggie pizza and both tasted great. Their large was definitely bigger than their local competitors and they are open. Surprisingly some of the most popular options in the area are rarely open during the week. When I picked up my pizzas I had the chance to look around and they have beautiful decor and a pool table—definitely an option for dine-in. Looking forward to our next ponchos pizza!

Good sandwich. Really nice people. A little slow, give extra time.

Delicious subs and pizza! Their Chicken Caesar Salad is another awesome menu item! :)

Didn't love the subs we got here. Pizza menu isn't great. Showed up to pick up my food at the time I was told it would be ready and was informed it would be another 20 minutes wait for my fries. Ridiculous. If it takes an hour to make French fries then just tell me that on the phone when I order and don't surprise me with that info when I show up. Oh and then I get my pizza home and 2/3 of my pizza toppings had been omitted. So in short, I'm not wasting my time or money here again.
