The food isn't like what it USA to be the meatballs and sauce was too salty not like what it use to be then they changed everything im disappointed i use to work for this company what happen I even tried the other one salty meatball never again I will go back

This was my first time here. I could tell Sarah was new and she did a good job clarifying my order.
Adrianna came over to help her and was very nice… then the place got busy and Richard came out to help make food as well.
I had to ask their names as they were really nice to everyone and worked well together. I loved sitting by the fire too!

I never leave reviews. But Ive never been here before and was greeted with a rude snarky attitude as soon as I walked through the door, along with some eye rolling. Wish I could pin point the worker but none of them were wearing name tags. I don’t want to miss gender anyone but they had short blonde hair with dark roots. Just an unfortunate experience.

Clean spot. Very nice sandwich artist. Clean and taken care of.
Vegetarian options: It's a sandwich shop with tons of veggies and cheeses.
Dietary restrictions: Think they have gluten free options
Parking: It's in a plaza mall
Kid-friendliness: Seems to be plenty of room fir kids
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level easy access. Door is not automatic, but a lighter pull
Charged for extra bacon which I didn't have.. asked for sandwich to be toasted, which it wasn't..

Small little subway, we were the only ppl there besides the employees. The bathrooms were locked. To open the door, you need to ask for the key ( which is zip-tied to a plastic coffee mug) ?. That wasn't a big deal, but maybe they should have a sign on the door with that info. I thought someone was in there at 1st . Other than that the bathroom was sorta messy & their toaster oven was not working. They couldn't toast anything but were given the option of having them put it in the microwave instead. I thought the employee was very professional. All in all, it wasn't a 5 star experience but exactly what you would expect from a small subway. I would return to this subway for a sandwich

Under staffed 1 worker and a line of people. Online order wasn't even ready for the time I needed it. Wasted my lunch break waiting.
I stopped in with my husband last week and we got the last of anything besides white and flat bread at 1in the afternoon?? I understand being busy and not having time but at some point you need to prioritize and tell customers to wait while you make more bread I used to have to when I worked at drinks. Then I was so pumped for the cookies they were ROCK hard not overcooked but stail as hell I threw it out the window..... The woman serving was nice but definitely not a fan of " if you don't like it, review on line" it wasn't directed to me but another customer still not ok.......
