Food was ordered delivered hot and fresh in 20 minutes, Big shoutout to our delivery driver Dale, we have a particularly tricky driveway to locate and navigate at night, and he had no problem, I wish I had more cash to give him, but I figured the least I can do is give him some recognition! Hopefully this makes it to him, anyways, 5 stars for the plaistow team!

Pizza crust didn't have garlic, as ordered, pacific veggie didn't have diced tomatoes, and the cheese bread was burnt and I didn't get marinara that I paid for.

It's Domino's, you're getting exactly what you expect, which is Domino's. What I will say is that these guys don't mess around, when you put an order in they are ON IT. Delivery timing is always super FAST.

The last couple months it’s been terrible. No parmesan garlic crust, skimping on toppings. Taste terrible. I’d complain but the manager doesn’t seem to care who purposely ignored me for over 3 minutes while I stood at the counter to ask for my dipping sauce that they forgot. The rest are young kids who clearly don’t care either. Will be going to Haverhill location from now on.

We get here from time to time. This is the second time we got our pasta bowls with no cheese on them. It’s the sausage one and is usually covered in delicious melted cheese.

I received a text saying my order was ready, but when I arrived to pick it up, I ended up waiting over 20 minutes while others walked out with their orders. No one communicated with me until I asked what was going on. I was then told another order had been placed in the oven before mine—even though I had been told mine was ready. Extremely disappointing and poor customer service.

Not too sure where they went wrong. Typically we order from the Haverhill one but this one is an easier drive so figured we’d give it a shot and it was disappointing. One pizza was carelessly thrown together which is always a bummer when you get home and open the box. Sticking to Main St Haverhill after this experience. Place is clean but probably because there’s close to no orders coming through. Also the Mac and cheese was bland as ever. The owner should consider investing in workers that are a bit older. Seems there were only two high schoolers running the place.

Forgot to give me my dipping cups with my order and also forgot the bacon on my pizza that I added onto it in checkout. Really sad about the bacon. Did not notice until I got home. Was hoping it was under the cheese but it was not😢

Owner’s gotta change the hours online to the actual hours. I placed an order on the app for pickup 10:58, all i ordered was 2 orders of lava cakes. Apparently they close at 11 now, its ridiculous, guy didnt even call me to let me know he refunded my food. The tracker on the app said it was in the oven and done so i went to pick up and was greeted with a locked door… The workers are trash they dont care about anything or anyone. Shouldnt let people place orders if you cannot fulfill them. Very upsetting food is normally great though 👍🏾

Food is very good however, Twice I have ordered delivery and have placed delivery instructions in the specified box and also the second line of the address. Both times the instructions were not followed. I requested a specific door and both times they tried to deliver to the wrong door. I live in an in-law apartment and request delivery to right side door. Both times they tried to deliver to the front door. I will give them a third try, but if the same problem occurs, then I will not order again.
Great food but I didn't receive either of my dip cups. I'm glad I don't have to drive all the way to East Hampstead anymore!

Place looks great! Staff were friendly!My boyfriend and I tried it tonight and got a cali chicken bacon ranch medium pizza. The chicken on the pizza was chewy and in large chunks and we got a medium pizza cut into 8 slices as usual and there was only 8 chunks of chicken, one per slice! Personally i like a bite with every bite! Maybe smaller or differently cut/cooked chicken! Also we didn’t really see or taste the usually extra garlicky and buttery crust dominos is known for!
