Literally prob the worst dunks I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to them all across the country . From no sugar being in my coffee cuz there was none in the dispenser and no1 noticed. Several timesssss. Or the line of ppl I feel like they let sit in drive thru hoping they will give up and leave instead of ordering, becuase no1 can possibly be that slow or incompetent. When I say not 1 person here cares about there job I feel like that’s the nicest thing that could be said . This will be my last time I sit 20 min in a drive thru with 3 cars in front of me

I walked in there this morning there was barely anyone in the store I waited at the register for about ten mins no one helped me and then I was told to use the self check out because they wouldn’t be able to get to me if I didn’t???? Like are you joking? So now because this self checkout bs is a thing it excuses them from doing their job!? They had no problem getting to me and everyone else before self check out happened but now they can’t do it??? Sure I’ll go right ahead and do your job for you so you don’t have to lol NOPE I’ll go elsewhere. How unprofessional and unpersonal that’s what you get in this world now the woman could have been a little more polite about it as well. Not impressed that’s how you treat a customer that takes the time to walk in to your store.?

I would not recommend coming to this Dunkin’s. I first had to wait over 10 minutes at the menu place to get my order taken until I was eventually waved up to the first window. Apparently the head sets weren’t working. I then ordered my coffee with almond milk because I am lactose intolerant. I said almond milk three times and still got normal milk. After I got my drink, I had to park and go inside because they never gave me straws. I then drank more of my drink and it just tastes like milk and I can’t taste the coffee at all. My drink is supposed to be a brown color and it was completely white. When I left there was a line of 7 people waiting behind be, while there were three women working. I will not be coming back to this Dunkin’s again.
