Awful service. The woman was clearly overwhelmed yelling at me to use the kiosk because she didn’t have time to take my order at the counter. I informed her that the kiosk was not working properly and she insisted on yelling saying I can’t help you right now I’m busy. So I ordered on the mobile app and was still spoken to in disrespect saying she could not help me. I told her I ordered on the mobile app. I was just standing out of the way and she rolled her eyes and said whatever. Will never ever go to this location again. It was filthy anyway

Been there twice this month, each time they gave me someone else's order. When I gave it back and they gave me my order, it was wrong. And I ordered a bottle of soda each time and they gave me a soda flavor I didn't order because what I wanted wasn't in the cooler... really. Oh, and the amount they asked for at the window was different from.what they said thru the outside order station

Don’t eat her this place sucks, waited 12 minutes for a coffee that didn’t come out anywhere near right, got a maple bacon sandwich with regular bacon on it, fix your restaurant you guys suck.
I asked for avocado toast WITH BACON and there was like two pieces of bacon on it and it was so slow to get my food.Do not recommend going to this Dunkin’s if you want food. You will be waiting for 30 minutes for your food

Wait times are ridiculous. Before the renovation this place ran very smooth. And had great employees. Since then it's service has sank quicker than the titanic. Management is (when they are there) are grumpy and argumentative. Most employees can't prioritize, or show any sence of urgency. All the above creates a toxic environment that forces any good employees to leave.

There’s one person desperately trying to handle several orders at once coming in from the drivethru, in shop, and I order on the app! Two customers have left waiting. Not sure if management doesn’t know what they’re doing or if people just don’t want to work. No “We’re Hiring” signs anywhere and based on other reviews, seems like management is to blame here. Especially since there were three people working in the gas station this Dunkin’s is housed in. The women working today was very nice at least!
