I asked for avocado toast WITH BACON and there was like two pieces of bacon on it and it was so slow to get my food.Do not recommend going to this Dunkin’s if you want food. You will be waiting for 30 minutes for your food

Wait times are ridiculous. Before the renovation this place ran very smooth. And had great employees. Since then it's service has sank quicker than the titanic. Management is (when they are there) are grumpy and argumentative. Most employees can't prioritize, or show any sence of urgency. All the above creates a toxic environment that forces any good employees to leave.

There’s one person desperately trying to handle several orders at once coming in from the drivethru, in shop, and I order on the app! Two customers have left waiting. Not sure if management doesn’t know what they’re doing or if people just don’t want to work. No “We’re Hiring” signs anywhere and based on other reviews, seems like management is to blame here. Especially since there were three people working in the gas station this Dunkin’s is housed in. The women working today was very nice at least!

The “manager” needs to grow up and not act so entitled. She is absolutely not someone who should be one, if she even is. She refused to make someone a simple drink. And sent them away, maybe she should go scrub toilets instead of taking orders she can’t be bothered to fulfill.
We went in Saturday. Sophia was very pleasant. She has an amazing personality. We will be back because of her.

The absolute worst Dunks in Plaistow. The service has been extremely slow every time that I’ve gone. Be prepared to wait at the speaker for a LONG while before any of the workers bother to say anything to you. Probably should bring a book or something to keep you occupied while you wait. The least they could do is say “we will be with you shortly” but no, expect radio silence. You will wait another half hour just at the window where they probably haven’t started making any part of your order yet. This place is a disaster, the manager/owner needs to intervene and turn this place around and get the workers on the same page. You’re way better off going to the Dunks 3 mins down the street on 125 where they are MUCH more efficient.

I came in around 7am like I always do and noticed my favorite worker (Alison I believe her name is) from this location walking in, we said hello, good morning to each other and walked into the store. When she got in she clocked in and immediately started taking my order, during that time a old hag starting nagging her about why she didn’t wear her hat to work today even tho she herself didn’t have a hat on, even tho her hair was up in a bun, rudely interrupting the ordering process for a loyal customer. After my order was taken, I watched the old hag make my food with what looked like no gloves on. Once my food was ready she threw in the counter and said “Sausage egg and cheese on a croissant”. Idk who the lady was that was picking on Alison but it was a bit hypocritical considering she didn’t have a hat on but was making other people wear one. Safe to say that the only person who works there with a smile on their face is definitely Alison. The rest of them are 60+ and could probably qualify for a senior discount at the Dunkin

Was there July 4th 2024 12:18 pm at drive through, sat at speaker for ten minutes then just pulled up to window ,two very rude young kids ,no other customers in line ,I pulled out at 1:00 with my frozen drink and it was un frozen and tasted horrible, 42 minutes! THEY NEED TO BE FIRED! THIS DUNKIN USED TO BE GOOD, NOW IT'S THE WORST IN A 20 MILE RADIUS!
