By far the slowest and worst service Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. Stay away unless you want to wait 20 min for a simple order.

The staff here is the worst of any dunkins ever. Managment and ownership is worse...be prepared for cold coffee when you want hot. They dont monitor there temps and the staff will be rude when you complain, and talk abt you behind your back and ownership will do nothing about it.....make sure you dont stop here in evenings. The young girl who works here is trashier then there dumpster out back with her attitude!

I sat in the drive through at the window for 20 minutes this morning waiting on 2 coffees and 2 bagels whilst watching on of the employees sit and watch the other fumble around and make the bagels . I watched two people behind me just leave the drive through due to the wait

They had one car in front of me and it took them 10 minutes of me sitting at the speaker saying hello is anybody there is the speaker broken then they finally answered me. I asked for a croissant stuffer it’s only 9:30 in the morning and they’re completely out. I don’t know what’s going on with Dunkin’ Donuts lately. It’s hard to have a good experience with them now especially at this location.

Can’t get a simple order right. Drove on the highway after my order to realize my order was incorrect. This has happened a few times. I gave them plenty of chances but I’ll take my money elsewhere. Everyone in there seems new or clueless.

Sat in my car in the drive through for such a long time I should’ve gotten a discount on my food. To top it off, the food wasn’t as good as other Dunkin’s in the area.
I swear there was only 1 person working and she was so scattered brained that she never turned the microphone off when she asked the person in front of me to repeat her order. I didn’t think anything more about it until she asked me to confirm my order of a large hot black coffee… you can’t keep that straight!?!
To top it off, when I got home and took a sip of the coffee it tasted like there was some kind of “flavor” added to the coffee.

I just went through the drive-thru with my son. I got a breakfast sandwich and he got munchkins and a lemonade. Drove away and took a bite of my sandwich and the texture felt weird so I looked down at it and the wax paper was still in the sandwich from the cheese. Mistakes happen, so I turned around and went back and showed them the sandwich. They didn't say a word, just made me another sandwich and handed it to me. No apologies. No nothing. No offer for refund or a coupon or anything. Not a single word was said. Okay, whatever. Back in the car and driving and my son took a sip of his lemonade and said it tasted weird. So I tasted it. I don't know what they did to the lemonade, but it wasn't regular lemonade. They had put some sort of shot in it that I did not ask for. It tasted like afterpuke. Gross. Not to mention it was almost 13 bucks for these three things. Will not go back to this one.

God help you if you have to go on a sunday with 8 workers inside not doing anything while you wait 20 minutes in the drive through (only customer) for a simple iced coffee that looks like its been mixed with “lemonade”. Ive never asked for a manager in my life but I did right after and was told “Theres no manager here”. As a manager myself, I can tell thats exactly whats wrong with this place. Bunch of kids working with no one watching them.
Do your self a favor drive to the next dunks.
