The lady (sorry not sure of her name) that opens the store on 108 in Newton is awesome. She's very easy to talk to, She works too much, for sure, but knows her job better than most I've seen!
I'm not sure why this dunkins isn't like the others. Service is slow and most of the time theres something wrong with my order. They don't make the ice coffees or espressos the way i ordered them (i order on the app btw.) The other dunkins I've been to, the service is fast and the drinks are made the way they are supposed to be made and taste good.
Do your self a favor drive to the next dunks.

The staff here is the worst of any dunkins ever. Managment and ownership is worse...be prepared for cold coffee when you want hot. They dont monitor there temps and the staff will be rude when you complain, and talk abt you behind your back and ownership will do nothing about it.....make sure you dont stop here in evenings. The young girl who works here is trashier then there dumpster out back with her attitude!

I sat in the drive through at the window for 20 minutes this morning waiting on 2 coffees and 2 bagels whilst watching on of the employees sit and watch the other fumble around and make the bagels . I watched two people behind me just leave the drive through due to the wait
They had one car in front of me and it took them 10 minutes of me sitting at the speaker saying hello is anybody there is the speaker broken then they finally answered me. I asked for a croissant stuffer it’s only 9:30 in the morning and they’re completely out. I don’t know what’s going on with Dunkin’ Donuts lately. It’s hard to have a good experience with them now especially at this location.

Can’t get a simple order right. Drove on the highway after my order to realize my order was incorrect. This has happened a few times. I gave them plenty of chances but I’ll take my money elsewhere. Everyone in there seems new or clueless.
Sat in my car in the drive through for such a long time I should’ve gotten a discount on my food. To top it off, the food wasn’t as good as other Dunkin’s in the area.
I swear there was only 1 person working and she was so scattered brained that she never turned the microphone off when she asked the person in front of me to repeat her order. I didn’t think anything more about it until she asked me to confirm my order of a large hot black coffee… you can’t keep that straight!?!
To top it off, when I got home and took a sip of the coffee it tasted like there was some kind of “flavor” added to the coffee.
Terrible all around.

Will never go to this Dunkin’s again. They are notoriously slow and have gotten orders wrong numerous times. Go to the Amesbury Road Dunkin’s in Haverhill.
