I hadn’t been here since high school, which was more than 35 years ago! I was a little hesitant to go in, with some of the negative reviews recently but my husband had never been in there before and well, It was a long time since I went.
The food was excellent! We got crab Rangoon, sesame chicken, vegetable, lo mein, and Hawaiian beef. My husband is not one to eat lo mein, but he said this was the best lo mein he’s ever had.
We took plenty of leftovers home because the portion size was huge!
We will definitely be back 😊

From the outside, didn't know what to expect- but to my pleasant surprise, the interior atmosphere was amazing. I was really wowed, the inside was full of vintage ornate Asian decor. Our waiter Lili, from the beginning to leaving, went above and beyond. Service was extremely attentive, fast, and courteous. The food was phenomenal! I absolutely recommend. Lili made a great impression. Will be returning soon!

I've had both very good and very bad experiences here in the past and have decided to keep previous experiences to myself. We ordered food last night for pickup and it was ready very quick and still hot by the time I got home 10 mins away. That's where the positives end. I don't know what happened after this place closed and reopened but the food I ate last night from here was bad. Pork fried rice tasted like burnt oil, General Tso chicken was almost inedible, chunks were huge, soggy and barely cooked, chicken lo mein was the best thing and it tasted and felt like it was cooked days ago. Interior of the restaurant looks exactly the same as when they closed, dust and all.

We ordered luncheon menu items #1 and #23 general goas chicken which not edible. Chicken chunks were hard as a rock, rice tasted like plastic, still can’t get rid of the bad taste. I was sick 30 minutes after eating a small amount of food. Had a Diet Coke, small glass that I asked for a refill that cost me $5.50, no water or tea offered. Worst meal ever!!!!

Native Hawaiian here. This is a Chinese restaurant. Not one item on the menu is Hawaiian. Nothing like using someone else’s culture for profit, and then not even bother to have actual Hawaiian plates on the menu!

Absolutely the best!!!! When it comes to egg rolls they are top notch, service ( wish I got the server name) outstanding we ( my husband and I ) came here for lunch and we had an awesome time, we dine in and the atmosphere was comfortable and cozy. We had an awesome time. The chicken wings crispy, steak was tender and flavorful, egg rolls the sam as I rembered when I was growing up in Dorchester Ma that no longer exists. Thank you Hawaii islands for bringing back my youth.

I was happy to hear when they reopened so I took my Mom for lunch. The waitress was nice but a bit hard to communicate with. We ordered Sweet and sour pork with egg rolls, crab rangoon, and fried rice. The rice and pork were okay but the egg roll and rangoon were horrible. Get had the look and taste of something you would buy out of the freezer section of the supermarket. I won’t be going back. If you go I hope you have a better experience!

Some of the BEST Asian cuisine I've had in a really long time. We got the "Big Chow" and "Treasure Island" so we could both try each of them. While the ingredients on the page were similar, the sauces were completely different. Both were amazing, I can't say which I liked better. Both have a rich, succulent depth of flavor, with plenty of meat (no skimping there), and loads of veggies. There was no rice served with either meal, but that was fine. We didn't miss it at all. We skipped the appetizer, too. He did have the scorpion bowl for 1, said it had good flavor, and was exactly what he expected in regards to plenty of spirits... lol.
We will definitely be putting this on our regular rotation list, not only for the food quality (which is reason enough) but also for the price. We were very pleased with everything about our trip to Hawaiian Isle. A definite must if you're looking for great Asian cuisine.

Parking: The restaurant is in a large strip mall, next to a grocery store, so there is plenty of parking, including handicap accessible spaces.

I went there after it reopened with the new owner. The food was pretty good. The service was not great. My biggest complaint was they serve these very small sodas and charge for each one. I basically spent $11 for 2 cans of Coke. That's the major reason I won't be going back.

The chicken lo mein had tons of chicken, you were lucky to get 3 or 4 pieces back in the day. Unfortunately it was very dry no sauce at all. Got the ribs on the bone some of them were outstanding and some where thin and dry. Teriyaki steak some where great some where gristled and dry. Spring rolls were really good. The service was outstanding, everyone was very friendly. Got takeout and by the time I got it home it was still very hot.
