As a loyal jersey mikes customer I was disappointed by the Concord location. I was driving by the exit so I got off the highway to get a sub. I’m writing this review right after leaving the store. I ordered a #9 and the slicer making my sub put the most minimal amount of meat on the sub and when I asked for more he said that “it would be an upcharge” after only putting 3 small slices of turkey and 3 small slices of roast beef on my sub? The portion size was very underwhelming compared to any other Jersey mikes. I’m paying a good amount for my sub and I would hope to get my values worth but unfortunately that didn’t happen here.

I did a take out for a BLT, the lettuce and bacon were good, the bread was fresh but the tomato was sliced sooo thin I couldn't taste it but saw pieces of red so I knew the store used some, use a Beefsteak tomato 🍅 people with generous thick slices. You have a ways to go before I waste my money again (2nd purchase since you opened).

You call those tomato slices?!? God dang! You guys are charging 20 bucks a sub and can’t even put a real slice of tomato on it. Step it up! Too many options around to deal with that

We ordered several giant subs from the menu. When we got home the ingredients as advertised were not on the subs.
The subs were extremely salty lacking some key ingredients such as tomatoes.
The staff were dismissive and surly. They kept asking us to order even though we politely said that we need a few minutes to decide.
This was the first time I tried Jersey Mikes, they will not see me, or my family again.

Spacious interior with decent seating area. Ordering is somewhat unusual as it’s either in front of the deli case or just past it. Ordered a Regular Tuna with onions, tomatoes and pickles on a whole wheat sub roll. All the vegetables were fresh and tasty, the tuna was mixed with a proper amount of mayonnaise, so that the tuna wasn’t swimming in it. The sub roll was soft with a slightly crunchy exterior to bite into. The staff listened to what I asked for in regard to the amount of veggies that I wanted. Will gladly eat here again!

The sandwiches are excellent. Better than other chain sandwich places I've ordered from. The service is a little unorganized and of the 3 people behind the counter, only one seemed to really be into her job.

Great, freshly made subs. The meats are sliced in front of you and placed on a fresh baked roll. My favorite is the Italian made Mike's way. Can't go wrong here. It can be busy at times but worth the wait

The store was down to only 2 employees working this evening and they were very busy. Despite being shorthanded they were still very attentive to customers in letting us know the wait time and juggling pick up vs in store orders. Neither one of them slacked or cut corners and they didn't complain once about the less than ideal work situation they were presented with today. Food was also great per usual. I hope Jersey Mike's recognizes these employees as the work ethic that was displayed tonight by those two guys is extremely rare to come across these days. Kuddos guys!
I was apprehensive to try this place based on the reviews. I am happy to say I was pleasantly surprised that I had a relatively good first experience. The only things I took a star off for is the fact that we didn't get a fork for a sandwich with no bread and were not given any napkins. Otherwise, I had the club supreme, and it was delicious. One person had a roast beef sub and the other ham and cheese with no bread. We ordered ahead of time online and the food was ready at the time we wanted to pick it up. We were all happy with the quality of food even though it was a bit messy with no fork or napkins. I would recommend this place and will definitely order from them again.

Love your subs but your branch has to get better with the online orders. If I or anyone else places an order online or calls in and is given a specific time to pick it up, that order is expected to be ready plus or minus a couple mins from the pic up time. We place our orders to be efficient with our time. Most of us are on a 30 min lunch break. When we have to wait an extra 20-25 mins for our order to be ready, we are now late getting back to work from lunch and it usually doesn't go over well with our bosses. I'm not calling any of your workers out cuz this happens at multiple branches, therefore it is a management issue and the poor workers are set up to fail. Please correct this issue. Thank you

I went yesterday for a sandwich..2 inches of bread and very little filling..At same location 2 months ago and lot’s of filling..Probably won’t visit again..Disappointed!
