Love your subs but your branch has to get better with the online orders. If I or anyone else places an order online or calls in and is given a specific time to pick it up, that order is expected to be ready plus or minus a couple mins from the pic up time. We place our orders to be efficient with our time. Most of us are on a 30 min lunch break. When we have to wait an extra 20-25 mins for our order to be ready, we are now late getting back to work from lunch and it usually doesn't go over well with our bosses. I'm not calling any of your workers out cuz this happens at multiple branches, therefore it is a management issue and the poor workers are set up to fail. Please correct this issue. Thank you

I went yesterday for a sandwich..2 inches of bread and very little filling..At same location 2 months ago and lot’s of filling..Probably won’t visit again..Disappointed!

I got the #13, it was AMAZING. I only gave it 4 stars because they don't have black olives! But there was so much meat, it was delicious. The girl taking the order over the phone was wonderful, as was the girl in the restaurant. The atmosphere was kind of blah but it was extremely clean. I wouldn't be going for the atmosphere anyway!

We would recommend this location to anyone! Savannah the assistant store manager was great. We places an order for 18 sandwiches for lunch the day of my wedding. They had great communication and everyone loved the sandwiches for a middle of the day pick me up. They were on time and we appreciated all of their hard work!

I ordered a gluten free sub and they gave me regular bread. I have a gluten allergy. This is unacceptable and this should NEVER happen. I believe it was a new worker who made it. When there are allergy’s a new employee should NOT be handling these orders.

I have been to a lot of different jersey mikes and love it. I got really excited when they opened one around the corner from work. I have had this location 3 times now and it is never as good as what I have had at different locations. I don’t know if it’s the training process or what. It’s not just me a few co workers got subs and felt same way. This isn’t a price thing it’s a consistency problem. I hope we can get it together because I would love to keep you guys around. Ordered an Italian sub and a buffalo chicken sub and when I ordered the buffalo I tried to tell them what should go on it but they told me they’d do that down the line. They made the Italian and I guess forgot all about the buffalo. It took 30 mins and other people came in, ordered, paid and picked up while we were standing right at the counter. Then they apologize because the buffalo never got started then they just handed us one and it was made according to the standard make. I never got a chance to tell them I didn’t want the blue cheese. They didn’t seem to care it wasn’t what I wanted. Probably won’t come here again.

Got 2 Giant subs the guy making them must have been new. The making of the sandwich was super slow. He cut all the way into the bottom of the bread so there was a hole in it. That wasn't the end of the world but it made it hard to eat. I got the club and besides the bread issue it was delicious. My wife got a sandwich I cannot recall the name but he put barely any meat on it. The whole sandwich was bread. We had Jersey Mike's 1 other time and the last time at a different location it was a little better service wise but most the same I like the freshness of it but it's a glorified Subway in my opinion .I will say I would never go to Subway again but I would go to Jersey Mike's.I think the fresh sliced meat is the only thing that saves them. I would also warn people they only have the basic toppings lettuce, tomato, onion, lettuce,banana peppers,and crushed peppers I think but that's about it besides the oil, vinegar,mayo, mustard. That wasn't an issue for me but my wife likes black olives. Like I said not an issue for most people. I would say overall would definitely return but the guys making the sandwich at this location need training.

I'm a doordasher and I had a pickup from this location which I ended up reassigning to another driver because nobody would tell me how long the order would be after waiting 10 minutes y'all need to learn some communications with your customers after managing a subway for 10 years I can tell you I was not impressed by what I saw today

My granddaughter was working here and having a problem with her manager Gabby so I decided to stop in grab a couple subs and check out the situation. The subs were just ok, the ingredients are definitely not top of the line. The food makes you feel bloated and sick. The staff is all teenagers and drug addicts. The manager Gabby, is a tremendous liability to this company and they have been reported to the labor board.
Kid-friendliness: Some of the male employees use quite a lot of profanity behind the counter. The topic of conversation at the grill was not what I would want my children listening to!
