I order Louis Pizza a lot and the food is really good. But I would give 5 stars but every time the I get the food there is a slight difference from the last time I bought it. Also sometimes it is really good and others it is mid. If they could get there quality to be the same every time then this place would earn 5 stars

I stopped by to pick up an order and asked the employee a simple question. I asked her a second time, and she still chose to ignore me, even though she was really quick to answer her co-workers, just not me. She had one earbud in, but clearly she could hear when she wanted to.
I wasn’t being disrespectful. I’ve never seen this lady in my life, and it was my first time in that store. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.

Usually order from here and the food is INCREDIBLE. Tonight, placed a delivery over the phone and the person messed up pretty much everything. Asked for a large sub- got a small. Asked for a veal parm sub- basically no cheese. Asked for a chicken Caesar salad with extra house dressing- got a house salad with 1 dressing.

I got a small cheese pizza and it was cooked amazing !! My boyfriend got a steak and cheese, the bread with toasted amazingly and the meat was tender and juicey. The cheese was melty and delicious. Absolutely delicious

This is the absolute best place ever to feed your party. The giant tray pizzas just bring a tear to your eye and the chicken tenders are huge with all kids. They come to every pool party we have.
