In all the Paneras I've been to, this is by far the best in service, food and customer service. As a traveling worker, it is hard sometimes to find good people. But to find good food AND good people combined? Their Chipotle chicken avocado breakfast sandwich is made of everthing delicious. As long as I'm in NH, I'll always be a returning costumer. Obviously there are a two or three questionable people when I've gone through drive through, but a win is a win.

Workers and atmosphere were really nice but after eating there I had a really bad stomach ache and felt like I was gonna puke, the bread tasted old and my sandwich was dry when I asked for extra sauce to be honest. Ive gotten Panera many times and love it most the time but this did not hit me right at all

Very friendly staff and a clean, welcoming atmosphere! I stopped in while my car was charging and really enjoyed the tomato soup — fresh, flavorful, and comforting. A perfect little spot to relax and recharge!

Ordered a side salad and was given barely any salad dressing. The cup is 1.5 oz and it was just barely filled halfway. For the price you pay this is ridiculous.

I am quite disappointed with this Panera Bread. My friend and I went there, and I went inside to get a green tea drink and a snack. Everything was fine, and the employees were friendly.
My friend is new to the area and walked around the outside of the property, getting some video of the building and talking about its history. He was on PUBLIC property. An employee came out and told him to leave (again, public property) or she’d call the police. He said no, and she called. The Plaistow police were very professional and said he was doing nothing wrong.
Then, as we were leaving, the employee kept coming out to her car to watch us. It was bizarre! Aside from my prior good service, Panera Bread should learn that they can’t kick someone out of a public area, and cameras (which they have in and on their building) isn’t going to hurt them.
