Stillwells is a hidden gem in Plaistow. Don't let the plaza dissuade you, this is the best ice cream in the area. The servers are super speedy and friendly and prices are very reasonable for Richardson's ice cream. Don't miss out on the prepacked gallons, ice cream pies, or ice cream sandwiches. We're here probably more than we should be.

Wife bought ice cream for the kids and ordered a Chocolate PB oreo and banana milkshake for me.
Gave me a vanilla ice cream based pb oreo and banana milkshake. Vanilla obviously made it a horrible combination.
Went back in and told them the staff what was ordered and what I got. Staff proceeded to blame my wife, said "She said chocolate....but then she said pb oreo". They smirked, murmered and made no attempt to offer any kind of customer service to make the shake better, which made me want to leave immediately. I told them that the shake was awful, left it and told them to do whatever they want with it. Then I returned to my business.
The utter disregard and dismissive approach coupled with the mumbling of the staff lead me to leave this review. I would not leave my business in the hands of people like this.

Great ice cream flavors, including really good, frozen yogurts. Full range of sizes and in fact, you'll make a mistake Trying to order a small when small ends up being large. Start off with the mini size. Fair prices. Really excellent richardsons, ice cream. My favorite frozen yogurts are French Vanilla (kind of custardy) and chocolate chip

Consistently messing up on orders. Told them I have a chocolate allergy, and they put chocolate sauce on my banana split. Or when they do get it right they put pineapple on it when I said no pineapple. Consistently runs out of desired toppings. Consistently runs out of bananas Wish there was a good place to get ice cream in Plaistow.

I would say this is a great place clean calmed environment. The service is great the girls are super sweet, friendly and quick. Ice cream and nice and cream ? good size portion for the price. Extremely recommended and grab a ducky so cute and unique. Run raisen my favorite ?

I have always loved going here. I find the staff friendly and the portions are good. However, I went the other day and the establishment was in a word disgusting! The floors were black. The bathroom looked like it has not been washed in years. Worse than that old time gas station. Behind the counter was nothing appealing to see either. The tables all of it :( For people with small kids that like to touch everything and in a food environment it's sad. Seems management is severely lacking.
